Consider a human as a macro object comprised of many individual quantum systems which make up a whole. Now our biological intelligence system or subconscious or genetic programming regulates repairs beats the heart processes huge amounts of input and then filter out the most important for conscious evaluation. These thoughts are conveniently processed by the brain into pictures and language based thoughts which we can then share with theirs. As generally we all agree on most meanings of language and visual reference. However. This system running in the background has an infinite processing capacity which most people never tap into this infinite quantum computer capable of so much is general directed towards survival, sex, and competition. However some individuals choose to tap this processing power and use it for other means. The teleportation of information in a few quantum particles i.e. electrons photons and a macro object i.e. human I agree are two different feats. Anyway once a quantum particle is split and both go off on their merry way whatever information that is encoded on one particle immediately encodes on the other particle as if there were no space between. Now this messes with the standard concept of space-time that we as macro entities experience however for the quantum particle this is natural. So getting to the point Telepathy can be activated you can activate a memory of yourself in another who is sensitive to you who has been through an emotionally charged experience with you, this by the way increases the odds that you share entangled quantum particles , by focusing on that person and reliving that experience in your mind. Now just try this on someone you haven't spoken to in a while activate this memory of you in them and ill bet you get a phone call. Ok so that is one instance where quantum teleportation allows us to activate the quantum memory particles of ourselves in another. This can also be experienced mother to son, twin to twin husband to wife. When performing telekinesis I like to think im entangling quantum particles into the emf surrounding the object. It's a bit more complicated than that. However I know this is happening as I can video call the phone in the next room pointed at the object and then initiate the desired tk movement in the object. Teleportation and entanglement go hand in hand with Tk and telepathy. It is conceivable to me that one with a greater connection to their subconscious and the unified field of everything could entangle all of their particles and transfer them elsewhere; I have more research to do in this area.
