It depends what kind of breathing techniques you follow. There is a technique using one nostril which cools the body Iwill try and locate it for you its In the yoga section of a Deepak Chopra book I own.

I had some success with Cyrokenetics this morning. I was sitting at my chair and I focused and tried to make it snow. I focused and concentrated and i was rewarded with rain. I tried to lower to temperature of the rain, and that didn't work exactly. So I would make it ran for a bit and when i focused back on the Cyclone, the rain stopped and i started it up again (thank you O12 for the cloudflaring mp3) and i got the storm that i was looking at calmed down before the feed gave out. I just looked outside my window and say ice covered trees and roads. I think i made freezing rain which could be just as bad as snow. I think I did something amazing, yeah for the ice man (the X-men) :D

its just something i accidentally stumbled upon, the thing that came to my mind before i started attempting to do that was me actually doing it. I saw myself with my hand on the ground in the mist of water and it froze. I thought I'd give it a shot and it turned out that it worked by what i saw this morning. the forecast was rain but it rained all it could, then i attempted to make it rain on and off. It did that, and then i tried to make snow and i got more rain. About two hours later i noticed everything was semi-frozen and it was due to freezing rain that took place about two ours earlier. I thought that was amazing that I did that. so no amazing feat that i did, just something i stumbled upon.

You saw the end result you wanted and intended but how the universe made it happen followed an unrestricted path. Pure pk
It sounds like your experience was a moment of pure knowledge. You saw what you needed to do to get the effect before it happened. That is a really amazing experience!

Thanks everyone, i am going to try and expand on that knowledge that I've learned. Maybe i will experience that energy surge again and be able to freeze a larger amount of water.

This is really cool. I have not had success with spin in water yet but here it is! Inspirational. The thing about water is that it is denser than air so movements may be slower. This is the first current effect on water I have witnessed. Also this is a brand new way to practice which I had never thought of thanks for sharing i'm off to make me some ice!

Thanks Shirak. This was one of those spontaneous training sessions. I opened my fridge, noticed a bowl of ice, and thought....'aha!....cryokinesis session!'
Actually, I didn't freeze it in the freezer, it was on the top shelf just below the freezer, and the freezer was set to max, so the top of the water just happened to freeze over.
Some people think it turns just because the ice may be melting..well...no, the ice sheet is in ice cold water for a start, so it's unlikely to start melting fast. Anyway, I had to really push all my energy into making this lump of ice move, and when I got it going, keeping it going was a real struggle, and my focus was set to max.
Oh, if you're making ice Shirak, mine's an iced latte...thanks! ^__^

Lol what people don't realize and what Macbethlondon taught me is that you can affect where the ice melts by focusing chi which in turn moves the ice. Its still energy manipulation however it is clear in this video it is not a case of the ice melt causing movement.
This will become clear to any one who observes the natural melt behavior of ice. I could tell straight away this was energy work because I have tried ice spinning before in a bowl of water with little to no results even with the natural melt effect of the ice. This is a clear directed energy push.

I just had a personal experience with ice, last night in the shower i was trying to summon up the power of ice within me to get an accurate feel for it. I drew the binding star of Solomon and then call to the ice dragon that i created as a construct that was the physical manifestation of ice within my soul. I did this years earlier to try and connect my soul to the elements. Well when i physically said, "I know call upon the power of the dragon if ice that lay dormant in my soul, come forth on to me and give me strength. Instantly the water became super hot, i felt my skin and it was ice cold but slowly it was beginning to warm. I fully in the water the entire time. I think this is a huge break through. ^_^
What does anyone else think about this?

Police and Doctors are reporting that a man survived 2 months in the snow trapped in his car by going into a form of hybernation. What do you think? Interesting potential we have already seen what the Iceman can do.
A Swedish man has survived being trapped in his snow-covered car for two months without food, police say.
The car was found on Friday at the end of a forest track more than 1 km (0.6 miles) from a main road in northern Sweden.
Police say the temperature in the area had recently dropped to -30C (-22F).
The man, who was too weak to utter more than a few words, said he had been inside since 19 December. He may have survived by drinking melted snow.
