Hmm, Good question. :) It's pretty much just energy in the shape of a ball, so, baseball? Just kidding. But I don't know to much you can do with it. I suppose if you make it dense enough you could move things wih it, and I know you can change the ball i.e. make it hotter, colder, and maybe electrical (read of another forum). I also suppose you could you use it offensively if it was that strong (from the same forum, the link is in the Psionic Link section, but I forgot wich one it was), but I don't know if that is really a nice thing to do, plus it's have to be pretty powerful so there's no way I could do that :p.
I don't know anymore than that... perhaps Shirak or someone else has better knowledge, or mabe even use them (I've tried once before, but I think I was trying to do something different).

I dont want to offend anyone but psiball to me is just becoming sensitive to and focusing the energy that is already there. They can be handy to boost hand focust pk however recently though not focusing it into a spi ball energy exchanged between my two thumbs and forfingers helps sinc my energy to the flame causing pulse in my pyro training it will be in the vid. Alsto psiballs are good for getting you used to construct visualization and are taken from a Japanese healing technique Ill try and find the name its in one of my books its what you do before "laying on of hands" healing (Biokinesis)
