Psychokinesis

I've been training with EK meditations for a few days now and I had a very odd experience today and Im very sure it had something to do with EK.

So anyways, Im just sitting in math class listening to the teacher and all of a sudden I feel this incredible pain above my heart and to the right of my left shoulder. (sorry if that was confusing) But the weird thing was that I was wearing a jacket over my shirt and when I looked at my skin there was absolutely no mark and the pain only lasted for a split second. There was nothing in my jacket or shirt that could have hurt me and Im positive that nothing hit me. The thing that makes me think it was EK related is that it felt like a miniature lightning bolt, I mean the pain was like nothing I had ever felt before and it only lasted an instant.

I was wondering if anything like this has happened to anyone else, I've heard of people accidentally shocking their friends but not themselves.

I am continuing my EK training and meditation to see if something like this happens again and I'm hoping to get an EMF detector soon to help with my experiments.

Also I've heard many people say that it took them several weeks before they got any results at EK and I've heard that many people who progress faster have been electrocuted before and it turns out that I stuck a key in an outlet when I was 3 and also got a strong shock from my GameCube once so maybe that gave me an increased sensitivity to EK?

Thanks for your concern and advice Ro. I doubt this was a heart attack because I fealt perfectly fine almost immeadiatly and I dont think I can get it checked out because my mom is just making stupid jokes about it and doesnt seem at all concerned, but I trust her opinion because she went to medical school. Ill definetly try to eat right and do a bit of yoga if I can and I do meditation whenever I can. Thanks again for your concern but Im sure ill be fine, and honestly Im not afraid of death, its just an answer to an age old question and if we're lucky, eternal peace...
not that I think Im going to die.

I have read text and experienced this sensation in regards to a form of psychic feedback. Some people are sensitives and are prone to pick up all manner of psychic information which is translated into a physical tactile sensation. Once one has removed dangerous factors ie health related one can explore what they mean.

Biofeedback as it is sometimes referred to provides some lucky psions with the ability to have tactile sensory input from energy. Initially this may be ignored or be uncomfortable however after getting medical advise from a professional in regards to it not being an underlying health issue (this is the responsible thing to do) You being the master of your own body begin to be able to experiment with these sensations. Keeping a journal of the sensory type and all the remembered variables helps you to refer back when future similar events happen. This is how I discovered my dream dejavue cue ability. When you record things as they are fresh you have the ability to refer in an accurate way to exactly how you felt. This is important with such things as suggestion and other tricks the mind can play. It has given me the ability to be confident in my findings and my recal of events when drawing conclusions. As psionics is the Psiance of the mind (lol cant help it love the pun) it is important to be able to refer to previous results.
In regards to the recording of this sensation of the forum you have already taken this step.
Psychic or psionic feedback can result from a renge of inputs energy to emotional. If you are at school another option is that you picked up on another strong biofield in the area. Teens typically manifest the most uncontroled biofield events (refer poltergeist pk phenomenon) Often this is thrown into the realm of ghosts and superstition but historical evidence places a child or teen at the heart of almost all these cases.

I discovered a new training technique last night.

It requires a dry not humid day.

White Satin sheets on your bed.

Turn the lights out so that you can see the electricity

Wearing shorts. Leg Hair is important to generate a static potential on the bed.

Lay on your side Now bring your knee up to your chest  rubbing it against the satin.

This will generate a static potential.


Now run your hand across or palm the sheet.

Watch as the static courses out from your hand traveling through the sheet.
Repeat this technique its fun.

Now that you are used to the cool static discharge effect it is time to get down to work.

From your push training entrain connect to the feel of the static that you gained from playing with it previously now push your hand in a direction on the sheet the intention is to direct the static in a sort of chain lightning direct it.

This does work and it is cool. I was able to send it at my GF zapping her and also my dog who decided to leave.

This is a safe beginner way to get used to static discharge and direct it via intention. Remember this is an environmental pk skill as you are taking advantage of available energy.

When you have tried this you will have a better Idea.  The visual and tactile feedback in this training exercise is very fun and very expressive. In the dark watching the small lightning coarse through the satin is amazing. The intention is to direct it.

This is one for those EK fans who have dreamed of learning to direct lightning from their hands. Remember low  humidity and satin sheets. White is beter. The rest is up to you.

Thanks for making that video shirak. I was wondering if there is a difference in the technique used to block depending on what you're blocking? Is blocking the cell phone reception of a mobile device done in the same way as blocking/stasis on non-electrical items? for example blocking wind from blowing towards something?

That happens to me as well occasionally treasure hunter. I believe it's a reception interference problem from your end of the phone. Don't know why it happens though.

Had set my phone alarm off for today morning. It still rang, but when I was about to reach it with my hand, it stopped - the alarm was postponed for some reason. Other than that, my phone hardware and firmware are still relatively bulletproof after about 8 years of usage.

When my aunt calls, she usually talks about 30 minutes (sometimes over an hour) even when she has nothing to say - she occasionally gets bored. What is more, she tends to call at times when I'm busy with something. The call usually gets cut (despite good signal) when I would rather avoid talking to her. She once got pretty mad at me because of this..

I will try and see if I can make it cut when I intend it to next time.
I have been trying to do radio pulsing for ages but havn't mastered it yet or had any effect .
