I am finding there is a definite biofeedback mechanism with electrokinesis. One that I feel in my being and one that responds to emotion. Training today with lift Ihad some nice pulse events nothing as intense as the other day but a definite response to what I would describe as spiritual ecstasy states.

Lightbulb Pulse training tutorial:

What you need: 1 lamp or light in the ceiling above your bed. I think I prefer a lamp. (Fav light is the energy saver type.)
1 pair of sunglasses. (This works 2 fold. It allows you to see your pulsing affect easier and you wont damage your sight)

Prerequisites recommended not required: Flame pulsing, Radio pulsing electromagnetic field blocking or amplification.

Sitting comfortably on a chair or bed. Expand your awareness to fill the room attention on the light. Become aware of your heart and biofield. Project awareness to the bulb proximity be in the light and the bulb. Start pulsing feel as you would with a candle. Once entrained you will see it begin to pulse. Be aware of any feelings you get when you see it pulse. Keep your mind clear of mental noise. Be.

I really found the sun glasses has helped me see my results better and I am learning to control speed and light intensity as I did with candle pulsing/flaring and radio pulsing flaring.

Dude, this tutorial in incredibly concise! I especially love the sunglasses idea; as I don't wear sunglasses, I never would have thought of it myself, awesome. I have relied mostly on tactile awareness & clarevoyance for PK, but I wonder how my more I might be able to see physically with sunglasses. This reminds me of training my strobe light, where it's easier to notice minute movements of objects, because the strobe causes you mind to break motion into frames rather than seeing things as fluid:)

Thanks for the tutorial, I would really like to be able to do this, I have been doing alot of passive training on lights no results yet, but I feel its on the way.

Yess finally a tutorial on light pulsing!! Im glad flame pulsing and radio pulsing is not required. Well i guess nothing is really required in PK because I can do stasis field on windmills fine, but little ol psi wheels give me trouble. I dont really care too much for flame pulsing but after i learn light pulsing im gonna try radio pulsing!! I think stasis field, light pulsing, and radio pulsing are very useful abilities to have in PK terms.

Ok for a big pulse I am syncing first with the light and pulsing then flare. This is similar to radio pulsing and the flare feeling but somehow feels softer.

I spent some time today observing the lights I work with. The ceiling light pulsed without my intention for it to do so. I then moved on to the lamp. My intention was to observe only. I noticed a flow an ebb and flow. I then tried to project focus into it and the effect was completely different. Definite flaring and pulsing. The effect definitively differed. I have resolved to only pulse train with lights while wearing sunglasses.

I awoke this morning to and went to relieve myself I was still in that state where dream images were floating around the ol head. I turned on the solar DC light which has a battery contained next to the light because it is softer than the normal light. I thought a moment about pulsing it. Then continued about my business thinking of things on the forum. Next thing the light dimmed considerably like a dimmer had been put on it. Then normal. I wonder if a form of geisting had occurred

Geisting: Today my focus was on the lights in front of me at work. Soon we heard a noise in the ceiling tiles. Now we are very high in the building and my coleagues heard this. I was able to get a soft pulse occuring.

Again I went to releive myself as I finished the evacuation alarm went off. I thought about this mornings events. and chuckled. The alarm turned out to be a false alarm and I wondered if it was a geist.

Tonight I was talking to my Mom and she was saying she had lost my engagement party invite. Long story short it hit old emotional issues. The light in front of me began mildly pulsing. After my call I began focusing on it pouring my emotional state into it. Then bang out it went then it began pulsing on off on off. I had been standing out the front some time before this occurred it wasn't till we got onto a conversation about past events that the suspected geisting began and the light displayed pulsing behavior.

Again I recognise that lights do fail however it is the frequency of this behaviour that is in line with my intentions that makes me believe there truly is a pk effect.

Sorry about the (Omega laugh) lol - Also the light in this video wont stop blinking on and off now I think its stuffed now. I realize there are many explanations for this pulsing event and I don't deny that.I am not deluded into thinking that lights only pulse or break arround me its just the frequency if you could see my house and work and when im walking.

What I am trying to do with my training is to take advantage of times when I feel in the zone and see what happes when I push it, give it that extra nudge.

I read about test subjects studied by doctors who would constantly break electrical devices. The best the doctor could theorise was that they were making small lightning bolts from their skin I ll try and source/scan and add the article here.

A little delusion is good for the subconscious; that was definitely you man. If consciousness really is fundamental, then I infer that we write the story as we go. In my own efforts & observations, this has turned out to be the case. The more lucid my self belief is the more quickly & potently my world view seems to manifest. I often wonder about spontaneous heroic applications of these skills in the world. Would Pk perform like those sories of mothers lifting cars off their children?

Pretty awesome, though, it might be pulsing like that for months now.. smile

A street lamp that I practiced this on kept pulsing for slightly less than a year (disco lights in my room at nights). Strangely though, I didn't spot it flickering yesterday. Maybe they have finally fixed it or something.
