Hello, i am new to this forum and to the practice of pk. im 14 years old and i am very excited about this.
2 days ago in school we were doing some strength competitions with the hand, it was my turn and i grabbed my friend's hand and thought of fire (fire, things exploding, forests burning, etc.) then my friend started complaining about an intense heat in his hand.
He only got some blisters but i know i was the one who did it because it felt like a sudden release of energy of my body. Then i started researching about it and found this. I guess what i did and i am learning to do is called Pyrokinesis.
thank you for reading

I should've clarified. I meant that if you have any ideas on how you'll proceed, feel free to share them, if you choose. Personally, I haven't gone into that area yet, so I have an interest in the experience of others.
Shirak had a pyrokinesis pulsing video floating around the forums somewhere and also on Youtube. If you get stuck at some point, you may want to watch it:)
Well what ive been doing is doing some flaring with candles. I still can't raise the flame or width, but i hope that further in training i will be able to

That's cool. You may want to think about starting a log in the forums here (it has it's own section).
It could potentially help you with patterns or remembering what worked well in a particularly good session. Whether it would be beneficial to you is really only something you can know.
Personally, I do mine to not only assist myself, but potentially assist others. For example, one video I've posted is me screwing up from practicing too long. Glamorous? Absolutely not. But useful to others (potentially).
