Well, I've practiced some PK in the past and was able to move the psiwheel and a quarter but that was years ago. I stopped because of school work but now I'm ready to get back into it again!
Unfortunately I have trouble getting the psiwheel to move again. Although I'll admit, mentally screaming "Move dammit!!" doesn't help.
I've googled some tips on meditation and chakra, third eyes, etc. and have become quite interested in this. Unfortunately I don't know much about the third eye or how to open it. Guess I'll ask and keep looking.
Hi And welcome to the forum. Definitely check out some of the older posts as a lot of work has gone into writing hints and tips for just the sort of problems that you are having with your training.
Thanks. I've already been looking through the old topics for training tips, and I've kept practicing the psi-wheel. Perhaps learning about chakras would be beneficial? Anyways thanks for the welcome!
