Hey, Shirak. I'm glad you brought this up. My family has the same thing these people are documented with. I read an article saying how this ability seemed to be an "asian" trait or something along those lines. The part of my family that has this gene is part "native american." But at any rate I use to upload videos to youtube showing this. From my research it seems to be a type of suction ability with the pores and not magnetic.

Yes I believe the Magnetic tag is used to explain behavior however it is not a property of typical magnetic flux. Its more of a Yin property. Still I if you ever read X-men or comics this was an ability that assisted with climbing not to be written off but not to be confused with magnetic flux line manipulation.

I just wanted to log this effect in this part of the specializations section.
A 1 degree effect may not hurt your travels short term however over 100km of navigating the sea there could be issues.

My next step is to see if I can remote effect the electronic compass.

For the purpose of navigation, magnetoception deals with the detection of the Earths magnetic field. Magnetoception has been observed in bacteria.

It has also been commonly hypothesized in birds, where sensing of the Earth's magnetic field may be important to the navigational abilities during migration; fungi, insects (including fruit flies and honeybees), and animals such as turtles, lobsters, sharks and stingrays."

Pole of the U shape magnet on top of the strip, and dip the lower end in iron

"Put the six-inch long square rod on top of the two iron prongs, fit good so it lies even. Connect the battery with electric magnet for a little while, now disconnect the battery, connect the light bulb with the electric magnet the same way it was connected with the battery, now pull off the six-inch long bar, do it quickly, then you will see light in the bulb, connect the battery up again with the electric magnet, put the bar across the iron prongs, hold a while, disconnect the battery.

Now the electric magnet holds perpetual motion. If not disturbed it will last indefinitely.
