I think you are right about the 60Hz rate. The alpha pattern which occurs while watching T.V. may have a more complex cause. Though, what ever the exact cause; advertisers & politicians sure make use of it, as they provide people skilled in NLP with a lot of business:)

Spoke to an army recruit friend today no illusions for him . . . whatever he is commanded if he does not fullfill he has not done his job. military are programed and unless you have nlp breaking programmming you may have trouble breaking free of this and religious childjood programming; I am going to do some childhood regreshion meditation before I post again on this subject my fellow researchers.

I went out last night with my friend Frankie again the one I referenced in a previous post in this thread. I decided to give his technique and try while on the dance floor everyone was keeping to themselves. I stood on the sidelines and began moving.
What is it that most people have in common who go to a club. They are seeking connection. Here I observed a group of people guarded and shielding themselves.

Gandi said be the change you wish to see in the world. So I began feeling a connection with all in the room. I began to focus a feeling of joy and connection and fun into a psi ball construct (remembering the real phenomenon of emotional contagion.) I would then release this to the crowd in a wave of free energy. As I did this more and more people began to express themselves more freely through dance around me lots of women also began to project this feel there was a marked difference on our side of the dance floor to the other. As people observed this more and more sought to move into the area we occupied. I sensed that people quickly saw those who were trying to be territorial and not there to express good energy. These people would stay and then move on as their energy and approach did not sync with those around them who were literally expressing a pure form of freedom of movement to the music.

My good friend Frankie saw this and I commented the energy you put out is the energy that is returned to you. It was an event and the smiles and camaraderie showed a marked difference in our area to other areas of the dance floor.

I wanted to make this point that for those practicing psycho morph ability and emotional contagion techniques a dance floor is the perfect training arena to freely project and observe the results.

That is really cool Shirak, that you are using it to help people to loosen up & have fun:) Much of the time I train this skill, by either targeting people for sleep on the train, or by attracting large groups of children for games of tag while in the park with my young cousin. As a martial artist, I always thought it would be useful to develop a remote sleep inducement skill for non violent ways of ending conflict. So, I guess you could sya that I've worked on the sleep construct for about 20 years, which may explain the rapid success.

I really like the idea of instant sleep induction or induction to sleep go lay down using psychomorphic ability. This would remove the need for violent conflict when refined and mastered.

I have been trying to learn more about the mind through studying hypnosis texts and accounts of hypnosis and how it can be used to releive pain and many other functions.

I have read many hypnoticed say its not so much what you say its the energy you project thet helps with induction.

My hypnotherapy instructor used to use it to anesthetize people for dental surgery, & child labor. It's quite powerful as you get better at it, especially if you learn neuro linguistic programing.

If you build rapport with a person, by pacing the obvious truth of their experience. For example; you get them to notice things they're experiencing in the moment, your socks feel snug on your foot, you notice coolness of the air in the room ext. You will build enough rapport to lead by introducing something new, like you are feeling sleepy. Because you've already built rust with the truth, they are inclined to now believe you when you say they are sleepy.

For psionics purposes, it seems that the same priciples arry over into Empathic/Telepathic influence:)
