I wanted to share a rare book on Tantric Kundalini techniques, which I think some of you may find helps to improve your powers. It's especially good, because it describes the Bindu Visarga in detail. The link is to a free online pdf, but I think it will read better if you download it. My descriptions don't do justice to the actual experience of the secretions from this chakra.
If you haven't already found ChosonNinja's new youtube account, then here it is: http://www.youtube.com/user/ChosunNinja. There are only 79 videos instead of the old 400+, but at least it's back.

Hey guys, for those of you currently training the Bindu Visarga. I wanted to mention some of the other higher chakras, which bestow different gifts, and can be considered as subsets of the crown chakra. So far, I have been able to open The Bindu Visarga, Nirvana, & Guru chakras, as well as some other minor chakras not mentioned here. The ones I've mentioned take up most of my time, but I'm working on Mahanada, & Sahasrara as well. The gifts are all quite potent & life changing. Besides siddhi development, your outlook on reality definately begins to change drastically:)
From Wiki
Location
Sahasrara is either located at the top of the head in that one area, or a little way above it (see Sahasrara system of minor chakras below).
Appearance
Sahasrara is described with 1000 multi-coloured petals which are arranged in 20 layers each of them with 50 petals. The pericarp is golden, and inside of it is a circular moon region, inside of which is an downward pointing triangle.
Function
Sahasrara chakra symbolizes detachment from illusion; an essential element in obtaining supramental higher consciousness of the truth that one is all and all is one.
Often referred as thousand-petaled lotus, it is said to be the most subtle chakra in the system, relating to pure consciousness, and it is from this chakra that all the other chakras emanate. When a yogi is able to raise his or her kundalini, energy of consciousness, up to this point, the state of Samdhi, or union with God, is experienced.
Meditating on this point is said to bring about the siddhis, or occult powers, of transforming into the divine, and being able to do whatever one wishes.
Sahasrara system of minor chakras
In some schemes of chakras, there are actually several chakras that are all closely related at the top of the head. Rising from Ajna, we have the Manas chakra on the forehead, which is closely associated with Ajna. Above Manas there are Bindu Visarga at the back of the head, Mahanada, Nirvana, which is located on the crown, Guru, and then Sahasrara proper, located above the crown.
Bindu Visarga
Bindu Visarga is located at the back of the head, in a place where many Brahmins keep a tuft of hair. It is symbolised by a crescent moon on a moonlit night, with a point or bindu above it. This is the white bindu, with which yogis try to unite the red bindu below, and it is the source of the divine nectar or amrit which falls down to vishuddhi for distribution throughout the entire bodily system. This white drop is considered the essence of sperm, while the red bindu is considered the essence of the menstrual fluid.
This chakra is sometimes known as the Indu, Chandra or Soma chakra. In other descriptions, it is located on the forehead, white, with 16 petals, corresponding to the vrittis of mercy, gentleness, patience, non-attachment, control, excellent- qualities, joyous mood, deep spiritual love, humility, reflection, restfulness, seriousness, effort, controlled emotion, magnanimity and concentration.
Mahanada
The name of this chakra is 'Great sound', and it is in the shape of a plough. It represents the primal sound from which emanates all of creation.
Nirvana
This chakra is located on the crown of the head. It is white in colour and possesses 100 white petals. It marks the end of the sushumna central channel. It is responsible for different levels of concentration, dharana, dhyana and savikalpasamadhi.
Guru
The guru chakra is located above the head, just below Sahasrara proper. It is white, with 12 white petals, upon which is written the guru mantra, Ha Sa Kha Freng Ha Sa Ksha Ma La Wa Ra Yung. It contains a circular moon region, within which is a downward pointing triangle containing a jewelled altar with the crescent moon below and circular bindu above. Inside the bindu is the seat, upon which are the gurus footstools, upon which are the Gurus feet. This position is considered very important in Tibetan Tantric practices of deity yoga, where the guru or deity is often visualised above the crown, and then bestowing blessings below (for example in the Vajrasattva purification meditation).
Higher levels
Within Sahasrara, there are yet more levels of subtlety [1]. Within the triangle begin a series of ever higher levels of consciousness; ama-kala, the first ring of visarga, nirvana-kala, nirvana shakti, which contains the second ring of visarga. From here, kundalini becomes shankhini, with 3 and a half coils. The first coil of shankhini wraps around supreme bindu, the second coil of shankhini wraps around the supreme nada, the third coil of shankhini wraps around shakti, and the half-coil of shankhini enters into sakala shiva, beyond which is parama shiva.
Ama-kala
Ama-kala is the experience of samprajnata samadhi.
Visarga
This is symbolised by two dots, one of which is inside ama-kala, and the other of which is below supreme bindu, which represents the transition from samprajnata samadhi to the oneness of asamprajnata samadhi.
Nirvana-kala
Here kundalini absorbs even the experience of samadhi, through the power of supreme control (nirodhika fire).
Nirvana-shakti
Here kundalini passes into the supreme void, which is the experience of asamprajnata or nirvikalpa samadhi, and becomes shankhini. Kundalini then wraps around and absorbs the supreme bindu, which is the void, the supreme nada, and shakti, and then unites with and absorbs shiva, before finally being absorbed into paramashiva, which is the final stage of nirvikalpa samadhi.

For those of you looking to learn body heating techniques, there are many ways. A Taoist method, is focus on the lower dan tien after the rising of sexual energies. There is also the yogic breath of fire technique mentioned earlier as well as the Kundalini rising experience obviously. Many techniques seem different, but have a similar Tantric root. Basically, raising sexual energies from the perineum in a process of frequency distillination through successive chakras till reaching higher centers of the brain and above, leads not only body heat control, but other powers as well:)
I wanted to also share some videos on Tibetan Yoga

Wanted to share a great interview about Kunlun Nei Gung, Oscar Hsu, touches on this in earlier interviews. The youtube video on the page down, but there is a great audio interview at the top of the page:)
I just tried the first and third Kundalini Pranayamas.
The first one was tough to maintain. But then after I finished and caught my breath, I could feel the oxygen and blood rush, but then start to consistently flow thoroughout my body, face and head
But dudes...during the third one it felt like I was going to DIE. but after I caught my breath from that one it was like WOAH. Even now I'm still riding the feeling of an energy boost.
interesting stuff. I'll really have to do that third pranayama at least once a day from now on.
hah, such noticeable results from something so relatively simple
1. While standing with legs about shoulder width apart, inhale into the Tan Tien, or the energy center just below your naval. If your intention, sensitivity, & visualization are strong enough; inhale to your perineum, or sexual organs feeling the arousal energy for more chi potency.
2. Now exhale breath, energy, & intention down the legs slightly bending the knees on the exhale, & extend energy down into the Yongchuan cavities or energy centers at the bottom of the feet.
3. Repeat this exercise every day for at least 20-30min(An hour or longer is better). After a few days or weeks, your legs & especially the bottoms of your feet may begin to feel very warm or even hot.
4. After stage three feelings of warmth; advance the training by standing on a brick per foot, & project breath, energy, & intention to the bottoms of the bricks as if they were the bottoms of your feel. This trains empathy, & energy projection. A sign of success is that the feelings of warmth leave the feet, & you feel cool there.
5. After consistant success with stage four, add two or three more bricks under your feet. This will increase your balance, & extend as well as increase the strength of your energy projection. Shaolin Monks, use very tall plumb flower posts for this same training. So now, imagine, afer all of this training how deep into the earth you will be able to extend your energy.
6. Belief, repitition, and training consistancy are the keys to this training. Also, conservation of sexual energy will make you stronger faster:)
Laogung Breathing - Palm center Training
1. Standing with legs about shoulder width apart with arms extendend in front of you & slightly bent at the elbow, palms face down. Inhale into the Tan Tien, or the energy center just below your naval. If your intention, sensitivity, & visualization are strong enough; inhale to your perineum, or sexual organs feeling the arousal energy for more chi potency. While inhaling very slowly raise the hands, feeling as if you are forming a psiball.
2. Now exhale breath, energy, & intention up through your heart center & into the Laogong cavities or energy centers at the middle of the palms. Extend feeling & intention pushing magnetic density into the psiball slowly pushing down to your waist.
3. Repeat this exercise every day for at least 20-30min(An hour or longer is better). After a few days or weeks, your legs & especially the center of your palms may begin to feel very warm or even hot.
4. After stage three feelings of warmth; advance the training. Get a beach ball, or volley ball, & place in large basin of water like your bathtub or kitchen sink. Place your hands on the ball, filling it with energy, intention, & awareness. Inhale as in step one, & exhale as in step two, but place your awarenes & intention on to bottom of the ball touching the water surface & push down. This will train energy extention, & strengthen energy density as well. After some days & weeks, you may experience cool feelings in the palms instead of warmth as the energy is now projected beyond the body.
5. After consistant practice you can either train without the ball & project your stronger psiball into the ground, or you can do Tai chi Ball training, which I mention elsewhere on the forum. Other advanced variations on the training, would be sword finger training; opening the other finger tip gates, or training energy projection through long objects like swords & bo staves. Four Gates Breathing: - Balanced Energy Projection
1. You are combining the Yongchuan Breathing & Laogung Breathing forms into unified motion.
2. You can now alterate the hand push directions to train pushing the psiball infront of you; to your sides forming a T or cross with the body, & you can also the energy above you. Though for the upward push allow the energy to flow beyond you heart center, & continue through your 3rd eye & crown centers.
Fifth Gates Breathing: Raising & Refining the Spirit
1. Forgeting your arms & legs, or the firsst four gates. While standing or sitting, inhale into the Tan Tien, or the energy center just below your naval.
2. Now exhale breath, energy, & intention in opposing directions, both up & down the center channel at the same time. As you do this visualize a laser moving in equal directions & piercing through the seven main chakras and beyond the body into infinity. You will be creating a kind of dipole & a very powerful field around you. This breathing requires much more medeitation time than you may be used to, as you want to get to the point where all you are aware of in the laser, & eventually you want that awareness to disappear as well.

I've practiced Tai Chi (yang style, short form), Isshinryu karate, as well as hatha and kundalini yoga. I didn't like kundalini. It made me feel dizzy and nauseated. Tai Chi is something very personal to me and always a journey. I feel I will never be great at it though. Hatha yoga has been a great mind/body meditation for me. I've had many geisting experiences while doing yoga alone. Once I was in a pose (I don't remember which one) and I had been there for a long time in a trance-like state. I hear the sound of something jiggling across the room. I decided to check it out. It was a statue of Mary my husband had set on his nightstand (he's catholic). It was wobbling back and forth quickly like she was dancing. I sat and watch it do this for about 2 minutes when it just stopped suddenly.
Still discovering things on this forum lol! great link's
owltwelve very nice meditations, and info!.... we all be masters before you know it, at this rate!..... conciousness sky rocket! with all the info now on this cool forum!! I feel proud of everyone on here!...& to be part of it!........
