I own a few blogs, that get very little traffic, and almost never any comments.
Yesterday i read an email stating i got a comment. I was like "Woot. Hope it's good". It wasn't. The post was about Chemtrails, and it was fairly short, and just sort of outlined them for the most part. The Comment left me a bit, upset. it's been something i have been trying to get out of my head for the last 24 hours.
It's not hard to put me in an upset or depressing mood, and this is something i am working on. I did however wonder if the comment was warranted, or if it was just a troll. Mostly because i couldn't make heads or tails of it, and where he was coming from.
I consider most of you smarter then i am. I base this off the choice of words and the flow the sentence has. I couldn't help but think, if something was wrong with the post, why wouldn't he just correct me, or give some constructive criticism.
So i was kind of wondering if someone here could take a look and tell me what i did wrong? http://cruxtheory.blogspot.com
If you do find anything wrong, do you mind telling me in a positive way?
Sorry this is off topic.
I do have a question about TK and energy though. A side question.
How many of you meditate on energy? Like your own energy... and if so, how do you do it?
I have been having some good success over the last week with TK, but it has begun to diminish as of recently. I didn't really use energy (At least paid any attention to it). It was just attention, and then sort of intention/will, and some connection. During the time i felt confident, strong, focused, yet calm and grounded. Now i'm more weak, timid and down, little more nervous. I was wondering if maybe my energy lvl was high during those times, and has since lowered.
Anyways, some insight would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
Have fun everyone!

That comment sounds like yet another one of those skeptics who are missing basic education. I really liked your comment on his, it had a lot of educational content for him.
I'm sure you're going to receive good comments soon enough =).
I usually meditate on my own energy when I feel nervous or depressed about something. You can simply focus on the feeling of energy inside or around you. Or you could visualize it (anything that you associate with energy) moving around. Given enough time and concentration, you'll start to become more sensitive to it again.
It's interesting, because I also feel myself weaker than in the weekend. I figure I'm just a bit tired and feeling down because of schoolwork that I had planned to do in the weekend .. which I didn't =D.
Hmm, when I think back on it, I must've lowered my energy level at the gym on Saturday - have been feeling tired and less motivated ever since. I hadn't been to the gym for a week again and must've overdone it a little, I guess.
In any case, these "downs" are training as well and can be overcome with willpower.
Have a nice meditation and a fun "up"-time with cool TK!

A stable-minded person will neither hug nor hate the world, he will take things as they come.
After i started this thread, i contemplated whether or not i should have.
I feel like a weak-minded person a lot of the time. It bothers me a lot, and the more i try and believe in myself, the more something comes along and knocks me down. I try to stand back up every time, but over the years i have, it hasn't really made me any stronger.
I was, umm... taking a #2... umm, this morning, and i heard something that sounded like a growl or something. It almost scared the ( - Censored - ) out of me. Since then i feel on edge, and haven't been able to shake it. Not sure what it was. I live in an apartment, so it could have been the upstairs neighbors bathroom door giving an odd creak, that i misinterpreted. But, i'm not sure. It sounded so close to me, and directed at me. Anyways, i wonder if that incident raised my nerves, and i directed my discomfort afterwords on the comment.
I have a lot of highs and lows that come at random though. And it seems like the higher or lower they go, the further i am sling-shotted towards to other, which creates a dramatic back and forth effect. I've been wondering if energy levels had anything to do with it. Though, when i play with energy, the back and forth effect gets worse.
Anyways, thank you for the reply.
By chance, did you see anything about the blog that you might think i could improve upon? Like quality or flow or anything?
Have fun :)

I don't think I would be a ble to produce anything as proffessional as this blog Nox it looks pretty damm good to me. I didn't actually know anything about this, so you need to get this stuff out there. The more you look into everything it seems that the general population are kept in the dark about everything by governmental bodies. So just keep going you are doing a great job. I don't meditate half as much as I should but I am feeling energy in normal day to day life now so when I feel it I just concentrate on it. I have noticed alot in my hands recently, sometimes nearly feels like liquid flowing into my fingers and others like air circulating around them.
Firstly I wanted to say that there was nothing wrong with your blog, so don't criticize yourself because of the poor comments you get. Everyone doesn't know what you do and it's not an easy task getting that information out to people whatever it may be that you wish to share. People will read, some will accept and some wont. Thats just the way it is. Don't put yourself down about it, you're not the issue regardless of what people commenting say.
I believe there are two types of people regarding these matters.
The first type is someone who thirsts for knowledge.
He is there reading your post, or listening to you describe something to him, or is watching an educational video and he will pay attention while taking in the information that is presented to him. He doesn't judge the information because he understands that all information is useful, however all information isn't knowledge. With this understanding, he will be open to accept information but will set out to discover for himself what is true and what isn't. Like myself and how I discovered PK and eventually found this forum.
The second kind is the one who commented on your blog.
They're the ones who will either chose to believe something, or chose to not believe or not accept something. Regardless of what it may be or how much evidence you provide, they simply just won't be affected.
you're not to blame for other peoples reactions. Do you, and just hope for your intention of spreading that information to make it through to open minded people who will gladly hear you out and share their knowledge about it too. :)
Share here on this forum whatever pleases your heart. All the people i've encountered here are friendly and like-minded. I see them all as my little family of psions. You're welcome to discuss your ideas and thoughts here and we'll share what we think as well about it. Our purpose here is to grow. None of us have perfected PK and we all have room to grow. Therefore, don't be afraid to share and gain here.
Congrats on the TK progress you had. I wanted to add that it may help if you change your perspective to PK. Yes sometimes I feel that some days I perform better than others based on my energy and my mood. However that doesn't mean that any day I am better or worse at it. PK is an ability within us all. Practice makes perfect so don't give up if things aren't going well sometimes. You're struggles will be overcome eventually. Keep at it! :)
Also I find that detaching from results is very effective.
When I come across a barrier and PK isn't working, I realize that i'm focusing too hard on making it happen and I'm frustrating myself at not getting the desired results. I adjust my mindset to relax and suggest for the event to happen rather than force it and let my mind and energy flow freely and less obstructed by my conscious thoughts. This has tended to get me back in performance often.
As for meditation, there are many ways to meditate. You can meditate for a desired purpose, for enlightenment, for chakra strengthening, for peace and comfort, for energy intake etc...
But the simplest method I found to be effective for me is to just relax all of my body muscles, sit straight with my fingers clasped, take 5 deep breathes each longer than the last and then let my breathing occur naturally. Then I focus all of my attention on my breathing and feel that with each breath, energy is flowing into my lungs, that energy from the cosmos is pouring onto the top of my head flowing throughout my body. I try to suppress all thoughts that come to mind and just Be. It gives my body a tingling sensation during and after and it enhances my PK performance greatly.
Hi Nox, when I began chi gung a long long time ago, I mostly focused on the tan tien. after keeping my attention there for a few weeks I began to feel warmth building which helped me with martial arts. Eventually, the warmth evolved into electrostatic sensations, similar to what one can feel on the surface of a T.V. screen that has recently turned off. Over time I learned about the other chakras, and energy systems from many cultures. Probably, one of the most important energy work principles is that energy follows the mind. Another way to say this is, energy usually flows better if it is lead rather than pushed. So, if you are able to hold your attention on your right hand for instance; not only will more blood flow there, but so will energy. You are a living being, so there is always energy within & around you. There is also energy in a dead body, but I digress. If your attention is scattered, then so will the energy be.
Two very important things for consistency development, are some kind of meditation to quiet & focus the mind. A second thing you can work on is body awareness. When I was studying hypnosis, my teacher had us work on muscle relaxation & control from head to toe as well as what would be considered involuntary body functions, for 6 hours at a time. Needless to say, this improved my martial arts greatly, and i still use these techniques today.
Concerning your blog, try not to worry about the opinions of people who don't love you. Why should you have to please or prove anything to anyone? There is no one above you; trust in the divine power of your own existence. Don't believe me? People from different areas of the globe including myself, who have never met you face to face, are responding to your questions. You are Nox,(Warning he can kill you with his Brain)!!! Do you feel it? Know the truth of your own power:)

I was just meditating and playing with PK, and i started thinking about the quote i quoted on Nina Kulagina. They mentioned how psychology played a big role in her success. So i wondered if maybe the reason i have difficulty, not only in PK, but in a lot of different areas of my life is mostly psychological. When i thought about this a little more thoroughly, i think it fits. Psychology may not be what makes PK work, but it still probably has a lot to do with it. Then i started thinking about how progress has been slow for me, but for others here, it seems to have been pretty smooth. Maybe, (I thought) the reason everyone is doing well, is because they have been able to more readily accept PK on a psychological level, where as, maybe my psyche isn't quite fertile enough, or is having too much turbulence, for my psyche to embrace it yet.
I am reminded of a story my friends told me about another friend of mine, when they where drinking. Julian and Chris, Julian is a big guy, and Chris is sort of fat and lazy (Nice guy though). Chris has low self esteem, and doesn't believe he can do anything real well. One night the 2 where drinking and Julian told Chris to do 30 push-ups. He did them without hesitation. Later when he sobered up, Julian asked him to do it again. This time, he could only do 2-3 or so, before he had to stop. When Julian told me of this story, he said his problem is psychological, and that he can do it, but in his head, he doesn't believe he can, so therefore he can't physically.
Using this, i wondered if i have the same problem. So i approached it a little, and some results came about. But mostly i am wondering if anyone maybe agrees? Do you think Psychology would play a role in PK?
I can't help but wonder how psychology plays a large role in our daily lives already. Maybe it sort of determines what we can and can't do? So, i guess I'm just wondering if I'm onto something here or no?
Ok,
Have fun!

When something unexpected happens and there's no time to think about it, low self-esteem doesn't seem to have that much of an effect. Though, for me, it used to stab back later.
Like FridgeNatious said, you can do it if you just do it without giving yourself the time to think about it.

Unfortunately my ego i guess, learns from my tactics and then finds new, creative ways of interfering.
I just figured that if you look at your psyche as soil, then the beginning steps towards PK; the meditations, psi-wheel, experiences, energy work, etc. Are all there to sort of till your psyche and allow for more fertile ground so spiritual, and psychical expansion can grow there.
Have fun!

I don't think that entertainment is inherently bad; stories can inspire you, but I did get rid of my T.V. a couple of years ago. When I want to watch something specific, I just do it online, minus the advertising. There is obviously a lot more out there in the way of entertainment than television:)

I generally only watch my shows and then do something else. I hate commercials so much, and they are louder then the shows themselves, so i mute the tv when they come on.
I got to agree with Owl though. Since i usually stick to shows with an element of supernatural in them (Like supernatural), they often inspire me. Some you can even get ideas or even learn from!
I thought it was kind of funny that the intro to a tv smashing montage was from a movie :P
Thanks Treasure for the vid. I probably wont get rid of my TV any time soon, i do also understand how it can harm the psyche if you get too caught up in it..... such as my excitement for next weeks vampire diaries... I'm sure Damon will live.... at least he better! Kinda sad the mom died though.
ok,
Have fun!

Literally throwing TV sets away doesn't look too intelligent. Queer for them to demonstrate this on a video meant for enlightenment.
I haven't watched TV or read newspapers for a few years either. And a few years back the only thing I watched was the Discovery channel - seemed like the only channel with a few meaningful shows (Mythbusters, yay!). Well, actually, Chris Angel was pretty awesome too.
When I watch a documentary or a show now, it makes me . Useful info is usually < 10%. The same with newspapers .. even the comics are rarely funny for me now.

Yeah that isn't a great vid just watched the rest of it, no offence ment to anyone.
But I did like the TV bit as quite a strong metaphor, I still watch films that are motivational I even consider watching the Matrix trilogy as training, not quite sure how many times I have watched them now lol,
I am finding too now that when people start talking celebrity gossip and crap about reality tv shows on the radio, i have to put a CD on
I agree that the tv smashing is a strong metaphor. No offense was taken btw :)
I don't involve myself in celebrity gossip, i find it pretty trite nowadays. Things like American Idol i really am not a fan of, that and other reality shows that promote drama. I swear these shows can be dangerous. I'm worried about the 'monkey see monkey do' sort of effect on people when reality drama shows nowadays are a huge portion of television. Based on my perspective, since these kinds of shows have taken off, it looks like people incorporate more drama into the lives now. But this is only my observation.
I do like the matrix though :)
Have fun!

@Treasure Hunter: No problem. I just felt sorry for the TVs.
@Nox: You're not alone . Need to resit the exam due to a memory loss. It seems that I still stumble on that same rock after all these years. So far each fear of the exams has manifested (missing an exam, arriving when it has already ended, suddenly forgetting everything, writing nonsense without realizing it myself and so on). Even though I meditated and replaced the fear with something else, it probably didn't help in the long run.

My main resistance to T.V., has to do with advertising. When you are involved in enjoying a show, you are likely in a state of mind more receptive to advertising.
