I was looking through the topics and noticed there wasn't one on biokinesis, or biofield training. I hear it talked about a lot, but i don't know what it is. To be honest, at the moment i liken it to the Aura.
So, i was wondering if anyone can help me out in this department. I did several searches on the matter, but the results kept coming up vague, with answers like "Life Energy", or "The transference of energy on the subatomic level".
Can anyone give me a clearer definition to what it is?
And maybe some tips on how to strengthen and use it?

I want to try biokinetics...couldn't you just transfer form one thing to the other if you have equal exchange? Kinda like the rules of chemistry or alchemy, to get one thing you must trade it for something equal. Let see if it works... >.>
