Yes, it was very scary at the time. My brothers were in the room playing videogames & had no idea. I was a teenager then, & some part of me felt as though I were going to die when it was happening. I would pullmyself back in, then it would happen again, in sort of waves. There were some similarities to the slepp paralysis feeling, minus any entities in the room. It is not scary anymore, though it doesn't usually happen for me that way:)

Holy crap! It sounds scary! Do you remember what you body was doing? Did it become unconscious while you(spirit) tried to get back in?

Well, it was over 20 years ago, so the memory isn't perfect, but it was very fast. It felt as though my astral body was my physical body, & I thought I was falling into some kind of pit. I found myself fighting to stay in then, because it didn't occur to me while it was happening that it was an OBE in progress. All the ones that had happened up to that point had been calmer experiences.

Anyway, you can have OBEs, if you apply consistant practice. Keep a disciplined dream journal, meditate, & think about it a lot:)
