You did well to spot that Higheriam, I have seen the video a few times and never noticed it b4. It would be interesting if it was actually connected to what Shirak was doing, its hard to say, I havn't reseached anything into this field, I am sure it wasn't a fly on his windscreen though . Whatever it was looked as though it was changing shape or size, similar to other UFO vids I have seen
Hey higheriam, Shirak does mentions constructs in some of his videos, as well as the martial arts technique of standing post to develop psi & the psiball. I also, posted some links a while back about Taji-ball training being a taoist psiball training method.
In terms of thought forms & construct making there is stuff written about it on the forum in many different places. I don't want to repost everything, so I will send you a PM with some links later:)

There sure was something on the video, though it seemed to move with the camera to some extent and then disappear - perhaps it was small and somewhat close to the car?
Here's one of Shirak's videos on which I noticed something interesting.
See 1:11 ( @Treasure Hunter ). It looks as if an orb or something flew from the right to the upper left. It appears to be small and relatively close to the camera on this video as well.

Because I use film to record I am inclined to consider the possibility that it is a glitch in the film . Ideally to record SLI (spontaneous light emission) to any accuracy one would use two cameras as the film maker at the beginning of "The greatest story ever denied" does to capture ufo orbs.

So, it could've just been a glitch. Perhaps what was caught on the cloudy background could have also been either a glitch in the film or maybe a dust particle on the lens. Don't know..
I think I read it somewhere that there was a guy, who could make UFO-s appear in the sky with some minutes of meditation.

Thats odd, I have never had that happen b4, are your posts explicit, or do they contain content that is too far out even for this forum . No I really don't know why that is .
