Dude, if it ain't broke, don't fix it:)

I started with my hands for the 1st 3 days, but didn't want to be limited by them, so I learned to focus more with my 3rd eye until it felt like there was a finger coming from my forehead which could touch anything in the world. This helped me develop many other abilities as well. In any case, I also now use my hands when I want to, & the rest of my body as well, depending on what I'm doing. My experience tells me that consciousness is not limited to the body, but rather it's infinite, & we just happen to be focused on the body. For me PK is a sort of OBE or bi-location experience. Hope this is helpful:)

Rooster o__O hands are completely unnecessary... we just use them at the beginning for confidence and for heat applications o.o since u can use teh heat from ur hand to melt an ice or something
If you entered the live experiment with us that higheriam made :) ud know hands are of no use... ^^ coz... your hands are far away.. and you move the psiwheels with ur mind :D
If you can move it without ur hands :D dont try to xD !! You are amazing that way :D

For some, using hands for pk becomes a bad habit.

Though, I think that much like the rest of the body, it would be good to sometimes channel energy through hands and feet as well so that they become used to more intense energy flow.

Well, it's just that after a good pk session with channeling psi through the whole body, my hands and feet sometimes start twitching and feel overwhelmed due to being unused to the flow.

I think that the best answer is not to listen to any of us, but to find your own truth through experience. I have evolved in my experience as a martial artist & a psion, as we all do. Do what ever works for you man:)

Had some strange experiences last night.... on my wheel for a hour or so, with not much movement... turned my light out and went to sleep, the wheel next to my bed. After a few minutes I could hear a scratching noise of my paper wheel? thought that was strange and turned my light back on to see the wheel twitching erratically. I looked into it and started to spin a few degrees both ways. I placed my hands over it and started vibrate and nearly pop off the tooth pick in which it hangs.

Then, I heard tapping and scratching noise from my walls???

strange......?

I used to get this when I was younger do you have any stresses in your life at the moment? I believe mine was a geisting effect caused by emotional turmoil.

Yes in deed, going through some huge transformations in my life. Shirak, you said geisting, what do you mean by that? Also, would like to hear from you and others regarding emotional interference's in PK?

Rooster,

Emotions can both help and hinder progress with TK. Most negative emotions are detrimental, while positive ones can be helpful. It's much like a hobby you enjoy. You learn it faster, and become more efficient when it's fun to do, because you 'want' to learn more. Obvious the opposite is true as well, where if you treat it like a chore, which is often less fun, you naturally want to resist it.

Geisting is more or less short for Poltergeist. It is believed some, if not most of Poltergeist activity is actually subconscious TK.
