..Life is a road with many turns and thick shrubs, to navigate one cannot plan when one does not have a map. Life doesn't come with a map, so therefore you should live each day with zeal and splendor living in the moment as they come, reflecting on moments passed, and shaping future moments..
The more stable & radiant you can make your minds eye vision(including other senses), the more control you have over this reality. As the Lamas say, master the ability to hallucinate; the hallucinations of a concentrated mind are reality.

A stable-minded person will neither hug nor hate the world, he will take things as they come.
"So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal."
- 2 Corinthians 4:18
"If the Heart is perfectly devoid of thoughts neither going nor coming, issuing nor entering, it will dwell permanently within of its own accord.
The Heart is the abode of the Spirit. If it exercises itself in thinking, it will go backwards and forwards and out and in, and be unable to dwell permanently within. The spirit and the breath of an infant in the womb are both alike motionless; so that [the heart], being devoid of thoughts, neither comes nor goes, emerges nor enters in. Now if a man is able to concentrate his breath and enfold his spirit like a little child, the pure virile principle will be agglomerated, and he will return from a state of age to that of a boy and live for ever. This is the nourishment of the Spirit and the Breath by rigorously maintaining the Empty and the Non-existent. Wherefore I say, Discard the will, revert to the Empty and Non-existent, and let your mental vacuity be permanent."
"Practicing telekinesis is like someone lifting weights. How can you expect someone to lift weights when he/she never even lifted weights? So, how can one expect to do telekinesis when he/she never even tried?"
very nice poster shirak, lots of nice things have been said. just a quick observation i think that by force they mean 'the all' or 'spirit'. if you dont know what that is, its related to thoth and the emerald tablets, those kind of teachings, hard and long to explain so look it up. also "luminious are we...not this crude matter'(top) this refers to our spirit, our true selves. for the on the right, bottom about death. it is kind of saying not to miss those who have ascended, it is natural and anyways they went to a better place.
lastly, i don't understand this last quote, the one at the bottom "mind what you have learned. save it you can" is it talking about the 7th(last) sense, the mind? what you guys think?

Ah forget my signature, I have nothing smart to say...in a few months I will change my opinion probably :~p
I read a book a few years ago where he discusses how a Shaman can maintain Astral form after death through a process of collecting important/pure moments in life which define them and molding them into a war journal of sorts. This creates the shell once the body has passed which holds together a sort of astral form which can be maintained instead of disipating into the all the individual outlook is maintained. It is a belief system held by some. I am still open to multiple scenarios. My study of constructs and imbued objects is leading me to a better understanding of creating a construct that becomes self sustaining.
