I have successfully manipulated water in a bowl to make a cap move around in it by letting my spirit within me control it. I will post a video when i tape it and its more apparent.

I took a "bowl" of water and put a toothpick on water surface. I couldn't get it to respond fast enough to make a video of it .. just moved too slow and once it got moving in one direction, it took an awful lot of effort to change its course again. Haven't practiced it recently; perhaps it would work better now..
