My name is Doug and I'm 19. I've always been interested in tk/pk, and I used to practice it a little back in like 7th-8th grade. I tried it a few times after 7th-8th grade, but I guess I kinda gave up on it. I found Shirak's book on ibooks the other day and I decided to download it. I really enjoy the book and I'm now practicing my pk again. 

I joined this forum because Shirak actually referred me. I told him that I am enjoying his book and told me I should check out this site. I'm hoping I can gain a lot more knowledge and get better at my pk/tk experience.

I joined the forum in much the same way you did. I'm also 19 and I can tell you from my experience that this forum is the most valuable resource of psionic information I've come across. Mostly because the people who post on here are not only honest but friendly as well. We're all learning from each other and sharing our growth and experiences. I'm sure you'll find the vast amount of knowledge on here will aid you in your pk experience.

Hi Doug, glad you came to check it out. I keep track of my progress in my own journal at home however I also log a journal here. I have found this a valuable resource to track progress and bounce ideas off other Psions.

There is a specialization section dedicated to particular disciplines where tried and tested techniques are shared not just hearsay and many other good threads I have learned so much from these people hear and consider them all my teachers.

Each perspective is like a piece to the overall puzzle and I am still amazed at the synchronicity in training that occurs.

I'm getting ready to head out to a store here in just a bit and I planned on picking up a journal so I can log my experiences in it. I'm glad to hear that people on here are friendly, thats a nice change from the last couple of forums I've been a part of. Thanks for welcoming me to the site guys!

Alright guys, since I picked up practicing pk again I would say I'm making some good progress. So far I've spun a 2" tin foil psi-wheel and I've moved a candle's flame a little. 

With the flame (I just started doing this tonight) I got it to move toward my right hand and I got it to change in size. 

With the psi-wheel, I've been practicing on and off all day. I'm getting it to move pretty consistantly now, but the only thing I'm not satisfied with is that sometimes when I'm trying to move it in one direction it tries to go in the other. Is this like a subconcious thing where I'm actually wanting it to go the other way in my subconcious? Also, is it passive psi-wheel training when I'm just sitting here doing something else (like browsing on my computer) and I see the psi-wheel spinning out of my peripheral? I noticed that several times today.

Am I right when I think that I'm making pretty good process?

Alright guys, whats another simple exercise that I can use to train? I use the psi wheel pretty much every night, but I want to try something new.

Candle flame pulsing

Pinwheel stasis against a fan

Ball rolling

Pendulum swinging

Vertical paper pushing

Crookes Radiometer stasis/psi-wheel under glass

Water pulsing & pushing

General wind/air manipulation

Radio pulsing

Light pulsing

Cloud bursting, flaring, stasis, & formation

Object sliding

Manipulation of probability

Electromagnetic field manipulation

Energy cultivation

Development of focus/concentration

Tactile visualization

Empathic awareness

Construct building

Meditation

Etc...the list could go on pretty far. It's a logical step for many to move from the psi_wheel to stasis field training, & wind manipulation. Though, you should do what fascinates you the most:)
