L.E.R.M.

the_green_one, scents have been relative to what I was thinking about at the time; one time it was baking chocolate chip cookies, which others could smell even though they had know idea about me doing anything.

Sounds like you're already doing well with tactile visualization. My advice is to do it more; spend 3-4 times longer practicing than you currently do. You want to develop visual tactile synesthesia essentially, so that you physically feel everything that you see. Also, developing skill to have an OBE at will helps. The fastest & most direct way to do this, is to walk a path in your house looking at & touching everything for a few minutes. Commit everything about this to memory. Then sit comfortably & replay the sense memories of walking that path over & over, engaging all five of your senses but primarily touch. Spend at least an hour a day practicing this, but really it should be more than an hour if you want to develop the skill faster. What usually happens is that you will get better at remaining awake & functional in theta & delta brainwave states. You will also get faster at it as well. aside from being able to leave your body; your visualization fidelity will become much brighter. This will also improve psychokinesis & telepathic sending. This will make it easier to merge you inner & outer worlds for materialization. The fact that you are already experiencing sleep paralysis & hallucinations, tells me that you are naturally talented for this. You just need consistent regular practice.

Concerning my meditation practices; I have been studying tantric Taoism, Buddhism, & martial arts for almost 40 years all together. I'm also a hypnotist which along with everything else, has helped me to pay attention to patterns & understand my self better. That being said; you don't need to have done everything that I have done. Whatever you rest your attention on & return your attention to when it wanders us meditation. Psi_wheel practice can be meditation, washing dishes can be meditation, Tactile visualization can be meditation. Rest your attention on the thing for the joy of the thing itself rather than any end goal.

You may find that it can be helpful to just journal about your experience what ever it may be. We are not always the best judges of our own progress, especially if it's only an internal memory. It's true that practice methods can seem subjective to the individual, but believe me  there are definitely universal patterns. You might be on the right track with something, or even be opening up a new skill potential without even realizing it enough to make further developments. Almost everyone gets stronger when they add journaling to their practice:)

Interesting find Owltwelve!

I'm a little confused what that is though. It seems to be one of those channeling a special entity people who happens to talk about the subject in question using the exact same phrases as the LPG-C group?

Hmmm, this came out in 2015 so possibility of having stolen this from LPG-C is possible.

EDIT: of just read the comments. Yeah okay, its inspired from the LPG-C material online no prob.

BUT heres an interesting topic for discussion if the forums members are interested :)

What is the -- FORMULA -- for it? At least a basic formula.

In the video the uploader gives no mention of high definition realtime intentful visualisation. It is clearly needed, you can bet it!!

Furthermore, the formula requires the visualisation to include all senses. - now, since I haven't done it myself I'm not sure if the whole sense engagement is required Because you need to kind of stress yourself fully so that you are in a kind of zone or rather Because the senses which are unique channels which contribute to the moment-to-moment synchronisation of matter in the first place and so to synchronise on command you need all the channels engaged.
- just putting my thoughts out here :D

Moreover for the discussion - energy! As as I know the formula requires an energetic activation in the final step. Perhaps a prior step of energy activation in the body is required? Don't know.... To what practical degree do we need to take this energy step into practice?

I mostly posted the video as inspiration; it's the only video that I've seen from this person's channel. I think that he he is trying to help the person asking questions to assimilate the basics into his own concentration modality.

I have had partial success personally, meaning the creation of semi solid matter that others could see; hear, touch, & smell. This has happened for me on multiple occasions without the explicit intention to create solid matter, but as a side effect of other things I was concentrating on. The reason I'm studying the methods of others, is to refine skills I seem to already have with the purpose of creating matter.

I would basically boil it down to what I call concentration momentum. I make what I am seeing real for myself to the point that there is no distinction between what is in my mind, & what is in physical matter reality. I concentrate to the point that I am in a waking lucid dream, where What I see in my minds eye is just as bright & solid as what is in the physical world. This began with tulpa practice in preparation for deity yoga. I practiced a lot & got to where I could do it with my eyes open. The modality that my subconscious is most convinced is my sense of touch, which tells my that things are real, that gives me a sense of anchored presence. At first I thought that I was just getting very good at concentration & OBEs, but as I would do it for longer periods, a momentum would build. The energy in my body would get hotter & hotter; cold spots & pressure would build in the environment, poltergeist PK events would occur, & whatever I was visualizing would begin to solidify. Whenever this happened in public spaces with other people around; people would respond the solidifying object, mostly with fear. For a long time I stunted my own growth because I didn't want to harm others or deal with their fears, but I feel like I can do it with less wild energy effects now.

So, I begin by touching & playing with whatever I am trying to create in my mind's eye, pretending that I am doing it for real, or in front of me. I mostly focus on touch, & gradually my other senses engage more & more, even considering the lighting in the environment, I just keep doing it increasing the absorption, but the whole time I treat it like the object is already there rather than an event yet to happen. The momentum part, is that no matter how good or bad you think your concentration is; if you just keep going, eventually the concentration take on a life of it's own like a conscious entity that wants to live. For the energy part, I am not sure whether others experience it the same way I do. For me though, being kundalini active; I experience blissful sensations of sexual excitement & climax at the point of concentration, as though the the object I am creating is a sexual organ. The merged experience of orgasmic bliss & concentration absorption on the object being real & present, seems to make it real & present. At least until I chicken out, & break the creation, lol.

Anyway, I hope that makes sense. It has worked for me, but you may find in your own practice that you end up adjusting things to fit your own personality, or make to it more efficient. I also, agree with the =guy in the video, that it can be good to commit to seriously trying it 30-100 sessions before giving up. I would also add to journal your progress, & start with a simple object that you're familiar with that has no effect on your self esteem or stress levels:)

frostycoffee, The best advice I can give, is to realize that concentration is a skill, rather than a trick. By this I mean that though anyone may fall into "the zone", at any time; getting there consistently & when you want to, is where the skill part comes in.

Developing concentration skill is very simple. You pick an object to rest your attention on, & gently bring your attention back to the object every time your attention wonders. At a certain point, your mind will relax & you'll fall into a state of meditation, or "the zone". It is just a matter of discipline & repetition.

There is a concentration thread on the forum with thoughts & videos on the subject:

I hope you find this helpful:)
