Meditation, for those who simply cannot meditate or stop all thoughts!


I cannot meditate, I find it boring, and when I cannot do it, I feel even worst than before I start the meditation thing.

When i am up , I'm up, that's it, my brain thinks, i have energy, I simply cannot meditate. Maybe for like 15 minutes, maximum and cease all thoughts for few seconds!!!!

 

So, lets see what meditation actually does.

The brain produces certain brainwaves, Delta up to4hz, Theta, 4-8hz, Alpha 8-13, Beta 13-30hz and Gamma 30-40 (it may go even higher).

When someone meditates and cease all thoughts, his brainwaves slow down step by step, to Delta wave which you release growth hormone and growth hormone heals everything in your body!

Do you know what sleep does? The same thing exactly!

When we sleep the brain goes into 3 phases, until he will reach the lowest which is the Delta, the brain has no thoughts, releases growth hormone and heals you!

 

When people are stress out they cannot have a good night sleep, they do not go into those deep levels and they don;t release HGH. So the result is to be cranky, have bags unter you eyes, and feel pain in your body.

So, what I am trying to say is that humans are naturally design to meditate every single day!

So, if you want to use "meditation" and then do some PK exercises, simply relax, take a small nap and technically it will do the same job.

U will be fresh to do your PK exercises with the same results.

 

Another thing that's important, is that when the mind is peaceful, no matter whats going on to work, etc etc..., your energy naturally will flow freely, you don;t need to do hours of meditation to succeed that!

Also a good night sleep or a deep nap during the day, fixes the brain, you are able to concentrate better, raise with your mind your energy levels  and visualize!

 

I have no actual scientific proof to back up my claims, I just use common sense. At least this is my opinion.

 

I am open to hear other peoples thoughts and opinions!

i agree with you to a certain extent. i think you are accurate about meditation compared to sleep. how ever im not conscious as i sleep which is a big problem. during sleep you sub conscious takes over and i can not control my chakra points as well as my energy flow which i find much easier to manipulate when i meditate enough. how ever i am guilty of not meditating enough because like you i find it boring and i could find the time i use to mediate reading documentary and playing video games. but i can not stress how crucial meditation is for me when i practice PK. if i do not meditate while PK practicing i will not achieve the level i know i am capable of. so yes i agree with you about sleeping doping exactly what meditation does, but with the loss of consciousness we cannot manipulate crucial key components of our body. unless you like O12 who can OBE which i cannot since again im lazy lol.

whats O12? and OBE?

I understand what you say, that's why I think it is different, the meditation and not thinking but concentrating on something, like the chakras, and meditation to find enlightenment and stop all thoughts. I think when the mind concentrates anyway stops any other thought and you concentrate on something specific like the chakras, or to raise your energy, etc etc.

Lately i'm making an experiment to see how my body and mind response. I do not use the eastern meditation way, I just relax before I go to sleep, I think something that makes me happy and then I visualize my energy to be stronger. I think it works for me better than meditation.

Lately when i think about something it comes to me easily and effortlessly.

The point is to become what you want to be. I want to be a person who has strong PK abilities, concetrating more on telekinesis. So, im thinking I am what I want to be!

biggrin OBE, stands for out of body experience; some call it astral projection. There is no right or wrong way; do what you feel works for you.

It is true though, that for most people, sleep means unconsciousness. Meditation, can train you to understand & control your mind with greater clarity. The initial stage of sitting down & trying to be quiet is not truly meditation. This early stage, which popular culture often mistakes for meditation, is really concentration. Meditation is more like something which happens to you, or a state of awareness you find yourself in, sometime after concentrating your mind into a trance.

There is much more to it than stopping thoughts. You never actually have to try to stop thoughts, but rather focus on something intently. Gradually & naturally, thoughts loose their coherence, because your mind is absorbed with the object of focus. The levels of awareness which can be achieved through this kind of focus & the resultant meditation is quite dynamic, and not much like unconsciousness at all. On the contrary, in deep meditative states, you may find that you are actually more awake than you normally are:)

As masterfull as always O12 :), if i stare at a object like the psi wheel and it wont move i close my eyes and focus of my third eyes energy. then i concentrate on the object again. i do this on and off quite alot, and its whats helped me do PK. but if you have found your way of doing somthing that works for you then by all means do not let my cristism affect you. i was only given my two cents lol.

pk in my opionion is its own journey which you alone can only find the  path to.

and O12 sorry for buging you before i hope i havnt made you mad ^^

Dude! you don;t have to think that! ofc im not mad! I actually agree with you, owltwelve said it I think perfect, it is something diferrent to concetrate and another thing to stop all thoughts and have your mind totally blank!

maybe I have in the way I answer is a defencive way, but im not mad at all!

u know, there aren;t many forums out there with dudes like here, open minded who don;t try to put you down all the time about PK, i have spent so much time to comunicate about PK, in other forums and there are so many people who will make fun of you, that I might have created a way to answer that seems like im mad, but im really not!

i actually understand the diferrence between concetration and "meditation", and I thank you and owltwleve about that!

good i am glad we are a safe place. how ever even though im a skeptical person i keep a open mind and i try to respect every one as much as possible. how ever even wen i see somthing fake i do try to explain my side. some people have goten mad at me but that is jsut me.

I don;t know how old that guy is, but he talks better than many 50 year old "pros" out there who suppose to be teachers of meditation and stuff like that.

Because im a fruit lover, most of the times when i eat fruits, I m in the present moment anjoying those fruits! lol.

I was like 17 when I was experimanting with OBE, I was doing that only because a friend at school was telling me stories, and I was breathing, and breathing, and then I was feeling a tingling sensetion around my lips, and then i was stoping it because I was afraid my soul will come out,blankstare . Anyway, one time when I was doing that, I don;t know even how it happen, I totally felt my energy, or something like that, it was like I felt and saw my energy. I didn;t got out of my body, but I totally saw my energy, it was so beautifulsmile.

I didn;t continue because when I was going to school and it was the worst years of my life!Too much stess!

I want to feel like that again, thanks for those videos, they are great!

Meditation is really good.
Like, i feel my energy flowing more then i did without meditation.
I feel no anger, i really dont know hows that possible, im only 15 year old either, and its nice to not to feel anger.
When i meditate, its like, im flowing, and it feels really good. Plus ive learned how to control my toughts, and some emotions aswell :)
So yes, meditation is really good, even for pk training.
