i so far can move the psi wheel, not to the direction i want always but enough to make it move and play a game of focus against my sub. If i can then move the paper wheel i have i can move the psi wheel under the glass vace with ease (i must move the paper wheel first, and maybe thats a contruct i made for my self i do not know). But i am wondering, should i add another item to my training regament like pyrokensis etc.
my problem is i honestly dont know what to do and this has been my problem from the start. i have watch shiraks pyrokensis video and im still stumped.
i tried adding OBE into my training but still find my self not able to do to recent problems.
so can any one give me some clue on what to do next? i hope to hear back with some tips.
