Hey guys, as a skeptic i hope my point of view hold some ground in the community even though i might offend some of you. However i always disblieve before believing any thing. His is how i have always been.
Enough of that, i want to bring up spoon bending. i had a feeling to do this so i looked it up and found some techs. i then went into my pantry and grabed two identicle spoons. and i attempted to twist one with all my might... omfg i hurt my hands but it did bend half ways. i then twist it back and and you could tell it was bent. then i took the other one and tried the technquie and i bent the other spoonhalf ways, a little more then before because i butchered the tech, so i grab the weaker spoon and i did the tech more accuretly and i bent the freaking thing a whole bend.... yes it was weakne from when i bent it earler but im telling you guys its not easy bending these things. wether it was from be psyching my self up or actaly minpulating the metal the freaking thing bent like rubber for a lil less then a mila second. however i cant practice doo to the fact if my little brother find out he rat me out to my mom. and il get a angry call lol. but here some picks and if you want the tech google it because i dnt wana deal wit copy right bullshuka.
I've bent many spoons by geisting like that, but only once on purpose. It starts to seem softer, and just bends. And I know from experience, people aren't happy with you when you ruin all the silverware with PK. lol :D
The only psychokinetic ability I have been able to produce consistently is spoon/fork bending. I do this by pouring energy from the heart chakra into the metal. This causes it to go soft, temporarily. I have shown family and friends.
Though, for some reason, some of the cutlery in the kitchen is slightly bent. I've tried to bend one of these forks back to their original shape by applying a lot of force on each pin individually. Couldn't.
Ascension2012, could you try bending a wooden pencil or a piece of glass the same way?

Glass, yes. It's funny you brought that up actually. I tried bending the neck of a wine glass and it worked. If I remember correctly, it actually ended up shattering. I think I had tried that after reading about an experiment done by Jack Hook whose infamous for hosting spoon bending parties. Or it may have been in one of Uri Geller's biographies. Not sure. It was like 5 years ago. But anyway, I heard it could be done, I tried it and it worked. I've never tried a pencil though honestly I assume it could be done. Whatever this energy is it seems to "dematerialize" the matter, for lack of a better term.
The techniques fairly simple. It's pretty much just blasting the glass with love energy from the heart chakra. I personally don't understand the physics behind glass. But whatever physics process took place, the glass became weak where it shattered under slight pressure. When I say blast it with love energy, I mean, feel your heart chakra and move that energy of joy into the metal/glass, using intention/feeling.

Thats a nice solid training plan. I find when I do not consciously set aside time for serious training I end up passive training only which is not typically how I have made advanes in the past.
