Hi guys, I've been browsing this forum for a few days and finally decided to sign up.
I'm very interested in PK/TK. I've been trying for about 2 days but haven't gotten anywhere, not that I'm surprised.
Anyway, I take particular interest in spoon bending and I've heard that so many people have great results with it. I tried it yesterday but no success... I really want someone to help me do it.
I know everyones techniques are different but what are your techniques? And how did you come across those techniques?
Hi, welcome to the forum! The best way I found to learn is by reading the Personal Journals section. There's so much to learn from other people's experiences. There's also videos there as well as discussions in the Journal Comments thread. I've practice spoon bending a couple times but was not intentionally successful. Unintentionally I can do it fairly easily I guess, but I'm not really sure what approach to take. PK is more of a feeling than an intellectual step-by-step process. That's why reading the experiences of others and watching the videos is very helpful. :)
Hi Toreh, welcome to the forum! I completely agree with shy, about PK not being a step by step process. The way I learned, was by training; reading, talking to others, & thinking about it constantly.
I have never tried spoon bending myself, but one thing I can say about PK in general, is that entrainment with whatever you're trying to effect is important. If you focus on anything long enough, you sort of slip out of the subject/object consciousness, & it dawns on you that you are the object of focus. I don't just mean this conceptually, but as a biofeedback experience.
Anyway, I hope that was more helpful than confusing, lol. It's definitely worth it to read some of the journals:)

Welcome Toreh! What shy and owltwelve said already, read, try and ask. Also try Joshua's mantra ;) I have also tried spoon bending, but i don't think i have had any success. Some spoons have got a little bit bent but nothing serious.
