Focusing on the feeling of being lifted is what I have been practicing. For a few times, a construct has formed around the body, decreasing its weight enough to make mattress springs snap or to walk on snow without falling in. With the body lighter, walking up/down the stairs became rather queer also (as if moving up with less effort and falling down slowly). While walking on asphalt, it occasionally happened that I would feel really heavy or weightless for a short period of time.
By applying the same feeling on an USB stick, I once managed to reduce its weight by a few grams.

Interesting guys, I have had dreams of flight before but they were stranger. I would jump into the air and fall back down,but then would do so again and something would click and I would fly momentarily. Recently with the new technique my Guru taught me I had a dream where beautiful blonde woman flew with ease mimicking another man she saw.
In the next three weeks I will have success with this exercise I am doing, I'll see about teaching you guys it then. It is associated with the Levitation Siddhi and brings it about by influencing gravity.
Thank you for the heads up shirak. I see, I find this concept of OBE's interesting as I have never experienced it before. I would think it is like a dream though where you cannot use the ability outside of that state, is that correct, or is there a carry over? This technique is advanced and involves manipulating the flow of energy in the Sushuma, Ida and Pingala nadis. I am not exactly sure how to teach it as it is something carried over from my past life as a very spiritually and psyconically advanced woman. For now I would recommend going to my post on awakening the kundalini and searching in the linked book for the nadis I have listed. I after reading up on them start using the Ham So mantra as this directs the energy directly into the Sushuma nadi and manipulates reality to be as you wish. I will make a post on this mantra after today as I am busy at the moment. After doing this I recommend trying to direct the energy from the left side of your chakras then to the right. You will after practice feel a pulsating line of energy running along the left and right sides of your spine with concentration. Now, this is a very advanced technique so I am unsure if you guys will even be able to direct the flow of in the nadis but with practice you will be able to. Also, this will with practicing every day bring you the ability to levitate in a year or so opposed to never having it by depending on manipulating telekinesis energy. I am not trying to put anyone down but I myself am able to move psi wheels and such and think about it, it an take months for this ability to arise.. That is because you are manipulating a very small amount of your massive store of energy. By doing this technique you gain access to the infinite potential inside of yourself as this is the most advanced and powerful pranayama technique available. @Joshua3109: Thank you. It hasn't occurred to me to try moving psi to the left or right of the central channel like that before. Always tried to keep it in the central channel. Well, with the exception of some pranayama exercises.
