Wow, remind me not to go shopping in Sri Lanka. They might mistake my lighter as sorcery and I'll be beheaded.
No wonder TK isn't mainstream yet, if people are being killed on 'suspicion' of witchcraft. How can it gain any footing if the people who pioneer the mystical is executed.
Tis sad...

I agree with Nox. This is ridiculous. It's kinda like living back in witch hunt days. I guess people stay same. I don't see a point why they are so "hyper" about these things? If they don't believe these things, then why? Sometimes i'm just amazed by humans ignorance and stupidity.

There was a quote that someone said regarding the process that the public takes in accepting things. I can't remember who says it, but it goes something like, "First it is ridiculed. Second is it's violently apposed. Third it is accepted as self evident." Found the Author, it was Arthur Schopenhauer.
This feels like it is in the process, but somehow for the last hundred or so years (At least) it has been stuck on the second phase.

I don't think it's gonna move on for a long time, unless people aren't gonna start realizing what's going on around them. I simply call such people zombies lol.
