Our mind sending "hidden messages" through our bodies?

Sometimes, when I´m watching a movie or listening to a song I have the feeling that my body is giving me some kind of "message" about psionics and stuff. For example, I was watching a movie some days ago, and in some part of the movie one of the guys said something like that: "Its real magick!", and at that exact time my whole body pulsated, like if I had recieved some kind of eletroshock! And it was completely involuntary, I couldn't have induced myself to do that. Did anything similar happen to you guys?

Usually happens to me too, when there's a really good song or a movie with a deep and moving plot.

Also, sometimes the subconscious mind would tell a lot more about the subject than the book, movie or song does. Like a tutorial of sorts, where the subconscious is showing the movie as reference material for the lesson.

I get that too lol. I just think the chills happen when your mind is really into whatever you're doing and someone does something or says something you really can relate to.

I sometimes have that happen to me too.

What movie were you watching?

The mind can affect your physiology quite powerfully, people with anxiety panic attacks (as I used to have) often cause the panic attack just by the fear alone of having a panic attack, their heart beat increases due to their mind signaling the sympathetic nervous system into high alert, adrenaline is pumped into the body and before they know it, what they were afraid of happening and focused on has just become real. In the same way, if I find myself in a low-vibrational mood (depressed, sad, self pity, anger) my body is very tense, or weak. Just by the choice of deciding to feel happy and good when in these states, my entire mood can change at will and suddenly I am filled with energy and strength. I admit I sometimes need more work in this area though ;)

every thing we sense (even pictures of cheeseburgers or attractive models, sensations of hot or cold) or anything we think affects our bodies in some way.

i do think its from your sub-cons. but i think its because of subliminal messages from the piece of media ur wathcing. there is some thecnique to kind of talk to your subcounsiounes, i am not sure if i can do but i think i can say hello, and my mind immediatly answers back with hello. try practing that. next time u get those feelings you can just talk to your mind :)
