Hello everyone

Hi! :D

A few days ago I started watching videos of TK (altough I don't remember why anymore). Today, I watched a video that led me to this forum and I'm eager to get started. I've tried on a psi wheel for a couple days now, not sure if it's been me affecting it or not though. I've also read through the forums a little bit and noticed different forms of kinesis, I've also noticed how some people seem to have an affinity for certain kinds of kinesis. I'd like to know if there is a way to find out which kinesis is right for me (at least to start with).

I'd really appreciate any help I can get! Feel free to ask me questions.  :D

Welcome to the forum Patches!

Though, I think it may be true that people have natural aptitudes or affinities; I have fond that the only true limitation is ones own beliefs. Why not begin with what inspires you & seems like fun? Most of us share our progress, & encourage one another in the journal comments section of the forum:)

Concerning the psi_wheel; are you close to it, or some distance away? Two ways to build your self confidence are; to either gradually move a few feet away. Another, way to build confidence is to try & influence the spin direction:)

Thank you owltwelve!

About the psi-wheel, i have gotten movement out of it. I'm just unsure if it is due to me or the natural air currents in my room. After today though I do believe I'm having some sort of effect on it (however slight it may be). I have stopped it from spinning by focusing on it not spinning, then after i stopped focusing it would start spinning again. Making it stop spinning is alot easier for me than making it spin. Any thoughts on this?

After looking around on the forum a little more I have formed a liking for aerokinesis -- air/wind right??? -- would you happen to know where or how i can get started on this?

Buy a toy pinwheel, & set it up in front of a constant kinetic force like a fan. Then work on slowing; stopping or reversing the direction of the pinwheel against the fan's air force. This is called stassis field training, & can be trained against any kinetic force, but wind is an easy place to start:

Once you feel strong with the pinwheel, you can practice shaping the wind in many directions, & play with the air outdoors. You can even work wit other sources of energy; water, fire, electricity, magnetism, etc.

The main thing is to develop entrainment through concentration. Basically, if you concentrate on anything deeply enough; the subject/object awareness falls away, & it dawns on you that you are the object. This understanding applies to all other psi skills as well:)
