I cannot correct you i really dont know i thing about these...i just tried moving an ocjet to practice, and at one point, when i concentrate a lot i feel energie coming from the middle of my body up the stomach....and it's goes all up my body then release...i feel it like hundreds of little ant's coming out of my body/hands... And at when point when really concentrated and trying to,the hairs on my arms go up like when you're cold. Is .owltwelve is a member here ?

Hey everyone, i came here because of a special dream i made yesterday. In my dream i was able to bend spoons with my mind ! Well it was more like with an interior force coming from my body, under the chest and little bit up the stomach....i think it's not psychokinesis....
What's weird is the fact that i havent watch any movies about that recently, or read book , or anything like this...It was the 1st time i made a dream like that.
I don't know if someone has to say something about this !
Something else that happens to me frequently but is not related to this topis , people near me, that i speak frequently to....sometimes it's like if i know they are thinking about me....like im doing od things, like watching tv...then suddenly somethints pops up my mind : ex : you should write to Jhon about about a specific thing i made last night, i take my phone send the txt, and instantly or 4 seconds after i receive his sms asking me that thing i made last night...! It happens frequently...maybe it's normal i dont know !
I don't think there's a difference where the force comes from. As long as it's used for some purpose, it should be labeled as PK, chi or other such. By the way, i believe what you were describing as the force, i think it is manipura or solar plexus chakra. Correct me if i'm wrong.

The energy sensations & goose bumps you are feeling are normal. I agree with Shirak, about environmental entrainment. Also, I would say, that the act of concentration development, brings energy into your central channel. Your ajna chakra is a sort nerve ending for the shushumna, & pressure built there via concentration is one of the ways to stimulate kundalini. Once, that process is happening, the energy can start to pull up from lower chakras.
One of the main ways to practice Tummo(psychic heat yoga), is to build pressure in the 3rd chakra, by visualizing a hot ember at it's center. This draws heat up from the lower chakras & causes it to rise.
