Psychokinetic Symptoms/Sickness?

Anyone ever get a slight bad feeling while doing or practicing TK or other psionic abilities, say a headache, lightheadedness, dizziness or the feeling that you want to vomit? Any feeling basically; I ask this because like doing anything, especially overdoing it can cause you to be sick or not feel good and tiring you out like overdoing anything would do, has this EVER happened to you as I've seen and heard it happen to others who practice or perform psionics.

Would just like to know, and if so, what and how bad was the feeling?aww

i think that becuase you run out of energy, lol, doing too much pk. you can always get energy from other lives such as plants or trees, but if u use them remember to mark them so u never try to extract energy from them again, this is becuase you cannot take anymore, you can only take once from each plant, tree, etc

The body needs time to become accustomed to more intense flow of psi. Just be careful ;)

It's probably not so much about gathering psi, but maintaining its flow (so nothing is taken or given - or both at the same time). A good meditation session can already cause a flow of psi at the limits of the body.

Hmm, actually, there's something that I haven't quite grasped yet.

  • One can have a flow of psi with the balance of yin and yang. Less tension on the body?
  • One can distantiate the two in the body, perhaps causing something like a dipole field. More tension on the body?

The difference between these two is probably just subjective. If I'm not mistaken, in one of his videos, John Chang described yin and yang polarization at different areas of his body. Did he mix the two and project it into a tiny area of focus in order to light that piece of paper?
