heyy new here. looking for some training or insight im new this all. i can only move very small things like tissues weak i know :(. im looking to develop more strength and knowledge i hope. i have moved a bigger thing it was by accident though. its what really got me here looking online. i was putting together a table an was using an allen wrench spinning it but my finger werent touching it. i didnt relize it at first i was kinda spaced out a little lol an i looked down an saw it that was days ago now i started trying moving things on purpose. its a little frustrating i do my best when its not intentional. looking for help to control it better and be stronger and to just know more about what i can do.
Well my new friends this here is the guy. LOL ... seriously though this is the person that motivated me to look more into our abilities to find this spot.
