So the Meteor crashed.

Thanks for the updates and links I went out last night and saw one streak within minutes. D14 was going to be passing by in 3 hrs so I visualized a dome as a sort of practice run on the larger scale d14 was never going to hit. Its interesting everyone was watching d14 so did not see these ones coming almost like a decoy.

This seems to indicate that an UFO flew to the 'meteor', after which several of them left it and disappeared (no trails, as expected from meteor pieces). Shortly after, the 'meteor' exploded and the pieces burned away.
