Hey, Everyone!

I'm extremely drawn to anything that has to do with the power of the mind/energy.....I've spent hours researching and reading about telepathy, telekinesis, lucid dreaming, obes, clairvoyance, remote viewing, and believe one thousand percent that it is all true, despite the many people who have told me otherwise. I know in my heart that I can do whatever I set out to do. I just need some guidance. Can anyone suggest what should be the first thing I learn to do? Give me tips on where I can find that information? I've read a lot on their forums about experiences but can't seem to find information on how to actually build up control of energy....anyone?

Hey, welcome!

Psi-pog had nice tutorials on energy manipulation and psychokinesis. An archive of that site is still up here:

Control of energy also builds up from practice and meditation.

For the first subject, choose whatever feels the most appealing. By practicing one, the others will improve as well.
