Used to practice that as well. Sometimes for a few minutes, eye sight has become perfectly clear. Though, stress really makes it worse.

I once used this method to see my brother's thinking without asking him. I described a dimly lit night club with some mist or fog and he said that was correct. I've always had beginner's luck.

He was years into a chemical engineering co-op at the time and he said he actually thought I read his mind. I've shown him me spinning psi wheels before and he said he didn't think I did every time.

He never said I was accurate about the other descriptions I told him at later times. I think my trying to make sense, like she described, is where everything became less clear.

my sight of "family" duties

I arranged the furniture for a cousin's wedding planning. I saw clarity in arranging the heavy stuff for family after work, even though their timing for their cleaning was completely terrible, but my mom then asked me to stay for the actual gathering, which I figured would just be mostly old people talking about other people and telling others what they think about them.

I just don't relate to these people.

The religious texts they raised me with and still push me to, contradict everything they tell me to work for.

Honestly I do not respect my father at all because of this. Always talking about "God, God" but has no confidence in the power of the biblical conception and pays no attention to the effect he has on the confused thinking of his children.

My sister and I, we are similar in that we see and are disgusted by the contradictions.

But I took it to the next step in trying to become a sinless man, though they've always put money and job title before this sincere effort.

The memories are such that one can only look at one's own thoughts without thinking about them in order to make one's way to totally coherent experience.

my sight of my thought

One thing I noticed about thoughts from me. I used to believe they began in my head, that's also how I'd visualize them.

But honestly, when I looked at my thoughts without thinking about them, the sensation of the thought seemed to begin in more of my stomach area.

That's an interesting idea about thoughts beginning from the stomach area. Energy with some sort of feelings moves up from there .. from this, emotions and thoughts are formed. Probably because of what I eat, how I eat or something, these feelings and emotions are often about discomfort. Then it takes a considerable amount of effort to transform it, while keeping it under control.

In passing his own hatred he sees a hierarchy. In passing his own hatred he knows his own place.
