I'm fairly new to this forum... But I have been practicing TK for a few days with really good results (considering newbies posts I've seen). Sorry for my english btw. I've been doing a lot of searching recently, probably like everyone has done once in their path to psi. I've seen tons of personnal techniques, experiences and tips that are really helpfull but in my opinion there is a lack of "environmental" facts. Let me explain....in 4 days, i've had good results on day one, awsome results on day 2, good results on day 3 but today i've had ok results... Do you feel like some days are better than other ones? Maybe those good/bad days have environmental factors that we ignore/don't see.
What are the factors you think gets the best/worst result in your experience?
ex: sleep, recent sex, natural supplements, steroids (not encouraging but considering teenagers unintentionnal tk/hormone related), time of the day, mood, religion, place, caffeine... Whatever you can think of.
Personnaly, I've had a hard time having results after the morning coffee (2 :p). might be coinsidence but i'm having better resuls sitting in a chair that faces an outside window when there is daylight. Maybe coincidence too but the best days were the days I was working really late the evening before and had to skip s*x...
Let the community know your experiences maybe there is a mutch more impact than we think... Even if you think its not related, let us know, we can try, eliminate and confirm.
