Thanks for the videos, quite inspiring. The 3rd video about the 'mental fitness' is quite usefull. However sometimes you need to be 'mentally tough' too. It is important to always be positive or 'mentally fit' but in some situations you need to be 'mentally strong' too if you get what I mean..

You aren't mistaken in that. But I find it actually takes mental strength to be genuinely optimistic. Mental efficiency increases when no thought energy is put into complaining.
A youtuber's self talk technique for pain management. I say don't bother with poking flesh with needles if you have a job or a family. But the mindset advice works regardless.
Tends to happen to me too, with the exception that nobody usually tells me this .. they just use it, while they can. From their perspective, worrying about something means desire to become involved. Whereas becoming involved in everything means there's even less time to actually do any useful work. Somewhat egoistic of me to assume that everything is for me to learn .. got to leave some educational value for others, too.
Anyway, this stresses me a lot, and makes me work 24/7 .. y'know, I couldn't get my work done, because they assigned even more management issues on my shoulders .. cause I was worried again and stuff. Then the only time to really code, debug and test stuff is during the weekend or at nights (luckily still free from all those management tasks and meetings). Sigh.
There's always a turning-point, though. The point, when all the stress and pain rises beyond limits and flips into bliss. Really want to find it again.
