I'm new to this but I have already been seeing some(possible) results. I have been reading up whenever I can on techniques. I may have made a little paper jiggle. Moved about a millimeter if at all. I have been practicing nightly before bed. I've also noticed 2 cases of objects moving but there are other explanations, but its very interesting. I have a lot of questions. Any advice or help is welcome. Thanks in advance.
Well there is many benefits to avoiding them, other than potential improvements in PK. But i suggest avoiding stuff like flouride. We dont know exactly how this whole PK stuff works but the idea that the pineal gland is behind PK is veyr popular. So keeping it healthy is quite important I would say. Try to find a toothpaste brand that doesnt have flouride in it or dont use toothpaste at all. Meat if you can try to avoid. I speak from experience when I say is bad for the body, especially when you are injured, you will feel its effects. If you cant cut it out just try to avoid fast-foods for the rest your life...eat fruits and drink at least 2l water per day. Dont drink lots of water in one go because you will just finish it in the bathroom 5min later....and most importantly train daily. 20min daily is better than 2hour in one day in a week. If you want to cut out meat suggest you eat double the beans you do now and be cautious of your protein intake. I tried non meat diet for 4 months and became sick i suggest chiken 3 imes a week . red meat is bad for you due to the high oxiidization as well as hormones but a lot o chicken has hormones like tysons chiken.
i use to do 2 hours of psi wrk a day personlly

Welcome to the forum. Different techinques and rules apply to different people. Not everything works the same for everyone. I suggest you experiment and find what works best for you. It also helps to get idea and inspiration from reading the journals here on the forum, reading books, watching movies about PK, and talking to other psions. I also find it helps to do some form of meditation daily, such as yoga.
oh yes blackeroni. he loves subliminals. he believes they are a great help. he made quite a few regarding psionics. you can fing him on psiwarriors.com as well if you want to speak to him:) by the way i suggest using his subliminals. they quite help. but you need headphones and to lower the volume enough so you dont counsiously hear the voice and enough so you ears can hear it and listen to them at least 3 times every day and if you can look at the videos and counsiously allow your mind to believe what it is hearing so you can increase the effect. however those alone wont work. but if you train daily too, even 5min they will boost you a lot! talking from experience
