There is no difference between memory & imagination. Stability is relative to your consistency of practice. Every time your mind wanders, reinforce the memory or visualization by imagining a sharp sensory stimulus. For example, lets say that you are imagining the details of your bedroom. If the details become unstable, you can jump start lucidity by imaging a very bright light flashing in your eyes. Imagine that this light in your eyes actually hurts. You can flash a real bright light in your eyes prior to a session, so that the sense memory will be fresh. If you practice everyday, you will eventually develop the ability to consciously hallucinate. This is the key to wild OBEs & tulpa making.
If you have a tight schedule, choose 2 or 3 nights a week to go to bed an hour or so earlier, so that you will be under less pressure when you want to do wake back to bed & write in a dream journal:)

Owl I honestly believe you should write basic OBE and PK/ meditation guides for noobs... I got a feeling that it will help a lot of people out. You are one of the most gifted people on here(regardless of why). Just a thought :)

Several questions, sorry for all the questions, I've been practicing only 15 minutes before bed, is more better? I am assuming it is. Can it be lost? Or only gained? Do Medications damage your ability? I may sound a bit dumb here. I apologize.
"Several questions, sorry for all the questions, I've been practicing only 15 minutes before bed, is more better? I am assuming it is."
- I'd say 15 minutes before bed is good for now. You'll feel tired and worn out when you push yourself too hard when you're just starting. When you find that you've still got energy to practice - keep doing it if you have the time.
"Can it be lost? Or only gained?" - I imagine like any other ability if you stop practicing you'll lose some of your skill.
"Do Medications damage your ability?" - I think you'd be able to tell when you take them. If they hinder your concentration, etc.

being dumb in my book is not understanding things at all. questioning things is important especially in psi
I have personally lost my psi strebgth. at times whenId practice at like 2 hours a day coyld at the end before I quit could move psi wheel under a class vase (which met its untimely death last year lol)
What kind of medication?

While I was on topomax for migraines my geisting went away completely. As much complaining as I do about it I really felt like a part of me was missing. I had to stop taking it.
All sorts, what about brain specific medications. Stuff that works in the brain. I would think that would be more likely to have an effect. What about pain killers? Like if one gets sick an anti cold medication wont hurt? Stuff for a headache?

This could be individual. You could try it out when you've become accustomed to sensing the flow of energy as well as any other changes in your body.
For me, the effect varies .. sometimes it improves pk (as sort of a defence reflex), sometimes it makes it more difficult to perform pk or sense energy.
Actually it shouldn't even matter much .. since pk can be performed without the need for a body. At least that's what I like to believe. Might be that the body somehow enhances it or something, even while it's asleep .. don't know.
More dumb questions
None of the questions are dumb.
Is there any limit to what can be lifted or moved?
The mind is the limit.
Other than that, there is no limit. Distance, dimensions, weight, density, material, time .. all of these are a matter of perspective (how big, heavy is the cloud of consciousness that's observing the object) and pose no limit, provided that the perspective is well-chosen.
Can anyone of any age do telekinesis?
Yes.
A person with alzheimers?
Don't know. Perhaps they could try it out..
From the perspective of 1.3 (pk can be performed without needing a body), probably yes.
Again sorry for all the questions.
My pleasure, no reason to be sorry :)

15 min, is better than nothing, especially if you are consistent, but it's not really enough. Pretend that learning PK was like learning the guitar; would 15 min be enough? It takes give or take, about 10,000 hours of training to master something.

If there's not enough time to practice it, think about it every now and then 24/7. Practice in the dreams.
Also, you could constantly (24/7, throughout the day and while sleeping, too) keep your focus on something (top of the head, some feeling, some object), no matter what you're doing. Make sure you breathe right, throughout the day and night (no sighs). Make sure you think right, throughout the day and night (keep focus off unnecessary feelings, thoughts, emotions).
Me to myself: Look who's talking.. For the last 2.5 years, you haven't been able to do it yourself, even..
In other words, don't take this advice too seriously, because I haven't been able to fully live it myself yet.
