The same for a feeling of tension anywhere in the body. By pushing it further, it might snap and cause damage that's really difficult to heal later (damage beyond physical, that is).
Personally I don't consider practising under glass that important. Tk on the wind is tk too. Moreover, casually practising tk anywhere on anything makes it more easy to integrate into those hectic daily schedules of school, work.
Also, opposing force training (lowering a flag in a strong wind environment, stopping water running down from a tap, etc.) quickly yields amazing results, as well as side-effects:
Ok firstly you need to understand that by using telekinesis without energy saturation will effect your performance and practice is the key!!
Energy saturation: ( You can either close your eyes or keep them open depends what works best for you. sit on the floor or on the chair ) sitting on the floor is easier but make sure you will be comfy for for a long period of time!!
Sit in a comfy position but with you back straight, the tongue touching the top of your mouth, mouth open a little ( just like a child watching tv if you know what i mean ), relax your body and try to breath with your body parts as well as with your belly not lungs!! by learning to breath with your body such as your hands you will get a fluffy feeling that may be warm or cool entering your body part that you are breathing with, this is called energy saturation and is used at the institute of bio sensory in Russia ( school of tk and other abilities ) this is crucial to gaining your full potential in tk.
next is meditation: use what ever works best for you but whilst meditating use psi ball training this helps you feel energy that you can use to aid your training ( its not needed because you can move without hands but helps you gain more experience before moving on to just eyes as its a little harder to do )
USING TELEKINESIS: only use under glass not plastic or outside glass as well their could be other reasons as to why the object is moving!!!!
set yourself a time of day that you can do training at the same time everyday as if you are making an appointment with yourself.

under glass is not harder as it is out of glass its just your mind trying to cancel out what your doing because you was brought up in the world believing this is not real and is a very un-normal thing to se if under glass. try to keep telling your self the glass is nothing and try not to take any notice of it so best to try practice somewhere where you will not get any reflection in the glass reminding you of its presence.
now moving with the aid of hands, well if you have already used a psi ball you know that spongy almost magnetic repel feeling you get. try to create that feeling not by imagination but actual feeling with the object and try not to imagine what you want the object to do but try to feel it as if it is a body part. for e.g you walk but you don't think about what your doing you just do it and it feels normal. with me i create a feeling in myself that relates to what the object will do and i hold on to it until it moves, its like im seeing it move but im not actually seeing it or imagining it and its like im feeling it move but im not all at the same time. very hard to explain but you will understand when you do it. remember the feeling you have when you do energy saturation..... well do this at the same time as doing tk when you get more experience in doing them at separate times because this will also aid you and make you stronger. using tk with just eyes do everything apart from your not having the aid of you hands.... easy!!!!
Its easier to connect with an object when you make it yourself and use the color you are connecting with first e.g you get 4 different colored paper cards to make a psi wheel, use the color your most drawn to on that day.
practice every day and you will get stronger much faster.
use different exercises but always under glass so you can reset your brain to whats normal and what is not!!!
Lee TK, Rolling papers are the easiest to move. Try setting it upright and knocking it down under the glass after you get better at spinning it. It's fun. Careful making videos though. I know it is nice to share with others so they can do it too, but I find it also hinders my progress at times. You may have a different experience though. :)
Yes i will be only posting 1 video each week as my training is very strict and just purely would not have the time. i can already know the paper over but only with hands to aid. i can spin paper, roll cans, push straws and rotate pendulums with just my eye contact though.
oh once i managed to float a hair but made me feel sick after and turned yellow because i forced it too hard lol, felt as if i was going to die or an hour or so.... will not be straining too hard again lol
Whoops! I just now read everything you had to say about hands . I meant no offence by what I said above . I just skimmed through the comment while doing other things and honestly misunderstood .
I have nothing against others using hands for pk .

Use the hands as an aid or with just they eyes. sometimes without hands dont work for me but most the time it does so i like to mix it up depending on my tk levels for that day :)
im more for without the hands though, more impressive :)
if you found it hard at all when you was last training try the body part breathing ( energy saturation ) done wonders for me and was when i seen my first real proper solid results
oh i see. is a shame because to be honest you probably already know but i tell you since i have actually gained how and what to do to move an object its a lot easier and takes up less time. i have 2 kids and use my spare time to train. now i can only train for 1-2 hours per day and get stronger and stronger. the beginning is the piss take part and takes all the time up.
yesterday i managed to move paper outside the glass laying down flat and made it slide across ( i don't see that as success as it was not in the glass but is defiantly an improvement on say 2 days ago and now i find i can connect with objects with no time at all and to some extent control them for a short amount of time. when i do tk i can now fully take control when i catch the object but the thing im finding hard to do now is keep the control and maintain the flow of energy
but that will come in another few weeks or even days as like i said everything is easier now i have taken the time to work my ass off and train
If you develop concentration skill, which you can do anywhere; you will be working the same mental muscles involved in psychokinesis & every other mind power:)
