I have as of yet failed to truly "move" anything. I may have wiggled some stuff though. Though it still could be my eyes playing tricks.... I get hot or get headaches sometimes, I hope I am not doing it wrong or forcing it. Any advice?
I had the problem when I was to obssessed to get a psi wheek to move. If I was you I'd invest in a camra to record you sessions.
Don't force things to happen. Try to connect with the object and use the object as a meditative object. When you concentrate on it have it known you want it to move but don't obsses on it. Intention attention distraction from success.
Head aches mean your on the right track

Just take it easy... Its meant to be fun... And when you finally move it your world will change. Suggestion would be to meditate before a session as well

Agreed, don't try to force it. If your head starts hurting, take a break. I'd actually recommend not recording with a camera yet. When I started, it actually made me more stressed out recording with a camera - sometimes making me anxious afterwards if nothing was shown on the footage. Just relax like Grengoshi said, and try to concentrate and get into a deep focus, almost a meditative state. Are you practicing constructs or psi balls? I'd recommend the beginners guide (ebook) at psipog.net if you haven't downloaded the site archive yet.
