My names Rae I'm 25 years old and I live in Australia.
For as long as I can remember I have had telepathic tendencies but it wasn't until my late teenage years I became aware of exactly how they worked. I whilst I have only scratched the surface of my abilities for all intensive purposes I am a empathetic telepath of empath! My ability means I can pick up the thoughts and emotions of other people when they are feeling especially emotional or if they are emotionally linked to me. (Ie siblings family members colleagues etc) . Those I am especially in tune with I can also havepremonitions about which has both it's pros and cons. I have also learnt to project my own thoughts emotions back onto people- this is however more difficult and only ever done with their permission!
My problem is that while I can turn on this skill now almost at will I cannot turn it off or stop a read if its coming to me which can not only make for unintentional invasions of privacy but also can become quite painful both physically and emotionally. Taking on too many people's thoughts or emotions at once gives me a splitting headache- it's usually my first indicator that I'm about to have a premonition.
Which brings me to why I'm here... Whilst I am happy to take any advice on controlling and developing my skills I have recently witnessed a number of strange phenomenon occurring during/after my visions-readings etc. for the past 2 weeks straight I have had a chronic headache related to a recent reading... At times when the headache is at its worse the tv can change channels, the toilets in my building at work all simultaneously flooded, glasses have combusted and a series of other unusual events... Is this just freak coincidence or is my a extreme concentration of trying to stop a premonition increasing my telepathic abilities to telekinetic ones?
Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you are geisting. That just means your energy is making stuff happen, like stuff moving around by it's self or electronics malfunctioning, I even have manifestations and static balls that hurt if they hit you. It can get really strange. I am also empathic and telepathic, among other things. I don't really like the labels and just kind of call it all energy. We can read and feel energy. I hope you stick around. I recommend reading the journal section, and starting one of your own. :)
Telepathy is off the same family as psi, it deals with the same phenomenon, its very awesome to meet you and I hope we can learn from each other. My personal suggestion would to be training your concentration and control over your own mind. I have been doing this through anapanasati meditations and my concentration is a little better. I suggest about 45 minutes of anapanasati and 45 minutes for white skeleton technique. The white skeleton will help you clear out the energy blockages from your body. But then again I could be wrong but my suggestions are so :3
Anapanasati = Keeping focus on your breath, or focus on one object of your choice. when meditating you start to get distracted by the movies or thoughts in your head you just need to bring the focus back onto the breath or object of choice. This works well with "physical" psychokinesis.
White skeleton = This is when you focus on each bone and see it as a radiating white energy from each bone. You want to take your time with each bone that's in your body and be sure to be thorough.
I probably missed some information or in accurate if someone wants to clarify any errors that would be great. However I believe meditation is very important to ones ability and progress regardless of your disposition to ability.
