The Modern PSI researchers tool box

Don't you think it is time to add some fancy new tools and techniques to explore your interests in psychokinesis and related PSI phenomenon?  After all, if ghost hunters can boast of having the latest IR camera systems, magnetometers, emf detectors and lots of other high tech toys, don't you think we should be playing with the coolest gadgets around, vs. home made gadgets pioneered back in the 60's?

As an active experimenter in consciousness research, PSI, chronobiology and spiritual science, here are a few of my favorite toys and essential tools.

1.  Lab notebook (you can get the old hand written style or use a modern software approach like Evernote.

2.  Data recording software.  Many scientists still use Excel for catching and doing preliminary analysis on collected data.

3.  Statistical analysis software.  Math, especially statistics, are a critical tool in knowing what is really significant in your experiments.  You can do simple correlation with Excel, but the new data crunching programs are totally awesome for data mining your results.

4. Random Number Generator (RNG) a critical tool that allows you to quickly record your mental interaction with your target or goal.  You need a real hardware RNG, not a pseudo RNG created by your computer.  You want something that measures randomness on a quantum scale, so either go with a radiation based RNG or one that uses electron tunneling.  Cheap RNG's can be had for as low as $50 USD.

5. If you want immediate visual feedback of your psychic power, you might be interested in getting some mind lamps.  These are sophisticated RNG devices that interface with a special lamp that shows different levels of probability for the events happening in a color and intensity display.

6.  Its also nice to have a new digital radiation detector to give you immediate sound and digital display of your PSI mojo.

7.  A professional hand held magnetometer allows you to see the influence of space weather on your PSI performance.

8. A CES (cranial electrical stimulator) is a quick and cool way to optimize your brain wave frequency to that most productive for PSI performance.

9.  New low cost 2 channel EEG devices can do a wireless transmission of your brainwave activity to your computer for an instant digital display of what is going on in your brain while you are doing your PSI dance.

10. A quick and dirty way to see how extensive your neural LTP (long term potentiation) is an app for your smart phone that measures your reaction time.  Lower reaction times mean your brain has lots of neurons in a hyperactive state.  This can work against any PSI ability.

Admittedly, all this stuff might blow your experimenters budget but you can eventually collect these tools and add them to your tool box over time.

Yeah, maybe these gadgets are not as fun to play with as a PSI wheel but then are you not an explorer?  Isn't it time to push the envelope (budget permitting)?

Hope this gives you some ideas.  Next time: online PSI tools that Wow ya.
