Ah, I saw your video it's nice. I'm no more than a novice but I do understand there is a plethora of information worthy of delving into. There's a search bar up top that can help. Try searching telekinesis or something. The coin moved ever so slightly, I thought that was cool because coins are relatively heavy compared to psi wheels or a dice in water. Oh, I must have forgotten my manners, welcome to the forums! I do believe you'd enjoy looking through the forum through the search bar if you haven't already. I also just joined today so I'm pretty excited to help someone in the same boat as me.
*I know it sounds dumb but there are a lot of things in here but I'm not that good at pk so I'm terribly sorry im not being as helpful as I wish I could. I could just say meditation helps, but that's because it helped me. Everyone learns differently and works at their own pace. The greatest thing that I could say that is extremely helpful to me is visualization of what you want it to do.*

Another tip would be to try varying up your practice. Do different things besides just PK and see how that helps. I found that since I started doing stasis fields my PK has gotten a little stronger. Shirak and OwlTwelve both have a lot of youtube videos under the names Shirak OmegaX and TheMoonKingdom. Just do a search for something like this on Youtube and you'll find their videos are a top hit "stasis field pk".
