Don't be influenced by what others tell you to believe; investigate to your own satisfaction.
Observation # 1, The narrator, is not merely making observations, but is also regurgitating broad assertions & assumptions. People who stand as gate keepers on what is to be considered legitimate, are often asserting their own beliefs. A good scientist should ask dispassionate questions, rather than be protecting static world views.
I would say that to my experience & understanding; psychokinesis, is a skill rather than a power with an on/off switch. If I am correct & it is a skill; we are dealing primarily with human performance & awareness. Human performance peak & valley variables would obviously effect a replication challenge. However, we don't go throwing sports, or art out the window because of inconsistent performance. The fact that science orthodoxy is unwilling to investigate psychokinesis as it would other areas involving human performance, implies emotional bias against the subject:)

i often wonder if i'm just predicting wind patterns rather than controlling them. humans are pattern-detecting beasts after all, however there have been times when i've been absolutely certain i created a gust of wind and coincidence just doesn't fit where it's beyond statistical anomaly.
i think everyone experiences synchronicity with their environment to a degree. in my experience, synchronicity reaches it's peak after practicing celibacy.
where is the line drawn between predicting the future and controlling it?
"Telekinesis has not been performed in 'controlled conditions'. "
This can mean so many different things and for all we know the practitioners actually pulled something off and it "wasn't enough" for the skeptics.
Doubt itself is a form of negative energy that can manifest itself in different ways and I find a lot of skeptics have no problem making up bogus science just to disprove practitioners.
Ever heard of the classic "convection" excuse? where people say that the heat from your hand can travel through glass and is enough to make the wheel move. But it doesn't take the slightest amount of time to put a wheel under a glass and test this hypothesis using a hair drier. the blow drier has zero effect on the wheel under the glass, but skeptics ignore common sense just to feel right.
I saw a video somewhere where some jobless guy went through all the trouble to drill holes into his stool to create a wind chamber in which he could move a psy wheel on top of it. It was so pathetic to see the amount of trouble he went through just to "disprove" something, he ruined a perfectly good stool. After then I realized that there is nothing really rational about skeptics, their is no intellectualism in their arguments, they are mainly just butthurt that they cannot do it.

Also as an aerokineiss practitioner I can tell you that I can influence the wind with my thoughts to point of night and day difference. A simple gaze at some leaves makes them flutter, a deep breath brings a giant gust of wind and me walking around can make all the trees around me ebb and flow. Certain moments of concentration can create tiny vortexes on the ground or just brush away a large pile of dust and leaves out of my path.
