When practicing aerokinesis try not to command it directly but with your memory.Think of the wind doing something i.e swaying of tree or wind blowing on you face.If its swaying a tree,try ro remember seeing a still tree bieng swayed by wind.Concentrate on that memory then after some time try to make the tree sway just as the tree did in you memory and at the same time keep the memory in your mind.Do this several times and when you get the hang of it you can progress to other things.
