Need help with spinning the shuriken anti-clockwise.

About 2 years ago when I started practicing telekinesis I used to be able to spin it both directions, but then I stopped. And now I started practicing again and can only spin it clockwise.

I also have another problem, my right hand doesn't seem to do any effort. I can spin it with only left hand but can't spin it with only right hand.

Edit: Now after one day everything is another way round, I can only spin anti-clockwise and can only use my right hand.

Hi, welcome to the forum!

Just a crutch of the mind. Hands are not really needed to spin objects.

Regarding direction, I guess it just takes time and practice.
