Yes, I often practice PK on prerecorded video. I also used to do a lot of etheric projections into videos, which people in the video would react to. I stopped doing it though; as my energy grew stronger, it became dangerous for people & animals:)

Wait, really? That's interesting as ****, excuse my langiage. I'd be experimenting with that like all the time. What's the biggest thing you've ever caused with it, that you know is very unlikely to be a coijcidence?
Weather effects, & effecting people physically, specifically according to my intentions. Remotely effecting the body of another is probably my most developed skill, but it can be dangerous, as I've mentioned, so I stopped doing it, unless it's to heal a sick person, or help them in some other way & sometimes I don't even like to do that. Mostly I've used it for smaller things like pushing probability, & etheric projection time travel. If I go out of body & visit the place in the video; I get to explore the place at the time the video was made.
A few years ago, I discovered that I could merge with anything, or anyone. Before I understood what it was; I called the ability body jumping, & I mostly used it to learn skills quickly. I could jump into a person & pick up their body memories for the skill they were performing. I could also project my body memories & sensation into another person. It was very useful for learning & teaching, but my energy grew stronger, & it became dangerous for others, so I don't do it carelessly. Some animals handle the energy better the others, so I use it to merge with birds a lot, so I can fly. Shinzen Young, discusses the body jumping/merging I'm taking about here:)
Anyway, the key to retrokinesis, is Schrodinger's cat, in other words not knowing the outcome. Whatever information/phenomena on the video, remains in a superposition until you observe it. While the information remains open probability; you can collapse it into the form of your intentions. The brighter your concentration; the more success you'll have. If you get some dice & become skilled & influencing the roll probability; you should be able to perform retrokinesis pretty well.

I suspect that perhaps it's not even that important not to know the outcome. However, once you witness the outcome, it's probably a matter of time during which the situation is still malleable. Though, I suspect that even there the time is not actually the key - it should be possible to overwrite past experiences, just takes detachment.
I've had several experiences or rather, "re-experiences" where I remember things differently from what happened originally. Sometimes it's a single re-experience, sometimes up to 4 patches of it.
For example, I drop something and it shatters into pieces. Out of reflex, there's a burst of energy to make it not so. I find that it actually did not shatter into pieces but it's still way too broken. Another burst of energy to make it not so. I find that it's merely a minor dent. I'm okay with that, and it'll stay that way. While I'm not sure this is how it has happened, it would explain some experiences.

Yeah, it definitely get weird & crazy. I have for instance effected my interactions with people in the present, by altering past events & memories. Here's another interesting video on retrokinesis:)
