Hello Kay, welcome to the forum! I look forward to reading about your experiences & ideas on PK, & other psi skills. Many of the members keep journals on the forum to mark their progress over time, & there is a journal discussion section so we can comment on one another's experiences. There are threads devoted to specific topics & a search function if you are looking for a specific topic. Things have quieted down a bit since covid-19, but I check the forum everyday if you have any questions:)
