Have you read the book "Stalking the wild pendulum" of Itzhak Bentov? He mentioned how the Kundalini might work. In summary, he suggested when we meditate, the heart-aorta system goes to resonance, then it entrains the body to move in harmonic. That causes a standing waves and it creates the vibration parts of the brain and result to the heat you feel. Please check his book for full detailed explanation.
Please make a clip of you doing the object levitation. I really appreciate it. Thank you!
@owltwelve
I will try to get more Russian videos from him and will practice. I will surely update my experience if having any special progress for you guys. I find this forum has very positive and supporting energy. It's small but a right place to learn from each others.
it shouldn't cause any problems when learning PK. Most of the time I am not visualizing but just thinking of the intention of how I want to move the object.
I think the term visualization is kind of interpreted differently. When most people are talking about visualizing they are usually talking about a similar effect of recalling a memory.
Think of someone who you know well like a family member or a friend, can you remember what their face looks like? You might not be able to see it in your mind in the same way that you see things with your physical eyes but you can recall the image, that is visualizing.
I understand some people may not be able to do that but I think a lot of people think that when visualizing something they have to see it clearly in the same way that they see with their physical eyes but that is not the case with most people.
6879, Were you actually medically diagnosed with aphantasia, or is it a self diagnosis? I ask because, if it's not a physical condition, but just trouble visualizing; I may be able to help you. I encounter many people who see blackness when asked to visualize, but fixing it is often a matter of technique & misconception about how visualization works.
Are you for example, able to recall the details of an experience seconds or minutes after it has past. Can you recall the details of the meal you just ate? If I ask you the color of your coffee mug or the paint color of your bedroom wall, could you tell me? Do you you recall the general difference between a rose & a fart in terms of which one smells better? Do you recall whether pizza is savory, or sour? Do you recall the sound of a police siren versus the sound of water running from your kitchen sink? Do you recall the difference between sitting on the floor versus, sitting on your bed in terms of hard & soft? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then you are capable of sense memory, which is the foundation of visualization. Sense memory is the ability; visualization is a skill which may be developed based on sense memory if you understand how it works & you work at developing it.
In any case, if there is a physical reason why you're having trouble; I can't really help. If you answered yes to some of my other questions I probably can give you practices to develope your visualizations skills:)

It is just self diagnosis. I think the answers for most of your questions are yes. But one thing when I recall, it seems to be a "concept" or "fact" rather than vividly. But I think the answer is yes. Could you please share with me the practices?
6879, Increasing vividness is a matter of strengthening synaptic connections through repeated practice and attention; remember, visualization is a skill.
So, you should begin by paying more attention to recent sense memories in general to wake that part your brain/nervous system up & strengthen it. Because you want to develop PK, & also because all other senses are based on the root sense of touch; I'm going to focus most strongly on tactile awareness & visualization. Heightening your sense of touch will actually help you to see images within your mind's eye with greater lucidity over time. Here are a couple of exercise that you should practice everyday for the next two weeks, & I'll give you more after:
1.This video helps actors develop sense memory & body awareness. It is very useful for developing visualization skill, but I will ask you to internalize the practice further than the video does. This video wants actors to remember & project sense memories into thin air & external body sensations in order to convince an audience. I would like you to focus more on reliving the sense memories within your imagination. Same exercise but internal instead of external if that makes sense. Of course if the external method helps you then start with that.
2. With this video; imagine as you watch the video that you are experiencing the sensations that the hands in the video are experiencing. I mean really focus on it & put yourself in their shoes, like you are really doing & felling the things you see in the video as it happens. This will help you to develop visualization & also the empathy you'll be using in psychokinesis.
I can give you more complex exercises after you get good at these:)

Thank you very much for your excersises. I have just mentioned in other thread of feeling the object field and now I see one more excersise of Visualization just like the course from Ernst. Maybe, If I found you guys sooner, I could save $1200. :))
From all the information of you guys and the course I purchased , I summarize 3 keys of TK and ESP world are:
1. Concentration
2. Reading/Feeling Object Field
3. Visualization
6879, In terms of a practice plan; I would recommend 40-45min per exercise. So an hour & a half a day for two weeks, & practice sessions don't need to be back to back. Of course I don't know what your schedule is, but if your remember to think of this as a skill you're learning; it's similar time you might devote to learning anything else. You jut have to decide whether it's a priority for you.
Most of the time, I help people with this for sports visualization or learning to lucid dreaming, but the foundation is the same. Also, there are many branching skills one may develop after they learn to visualize more clearly:)

Note that was pre-pandemic and 3 months of lockdown takes a severe toll on someone to the point that even a 10sec steady flow becomes challenging, but this is like recovering from atrophied muscles/mind.
After reading your message began recording clips lifting cotton/dandelions giving exercises, initial steps, different stages, peculiar behaviors and issues to compile into a beginner's tutorial but far from finished. The whole constant push field from the tip of the fingers starts like this:
2 days ago on a TikTok PK group even stumbled accidentally with other people on how to lift something off the ground by pushing from both sides, which was the only missing part since personally blowing a dandelion into the air and keeping it there has always been easier than lifting it straight off the ground:
Things were recovering back to normal... today BAM total lockdown again! Second wave
Came here quickly post unfinished stuff before going MIA as the whole city prepares to hibernate and being unable to fry paper bills or eat boiled coins currently have no idea how to remain alive for next 1, 2 or maybe 3 months, so main focus now shifts dramatically.
Which is a big bummer for someone who was even thinking resuming levitation by teaming up with you so we could both cut down the learning curve from years to months.
