Psychokinesis

Im sharing a telepathy method I use. Results may vary depending on the condition of the targets Limbic system as thats how we process and receive these messages and signals... Although even despite that you can still implant thoughts subconsciously and thatll always work. 

Choose the target cells/mitochondria you wish to perform this with. I personally use the cells in the tip of my finger, and my brain. Doesnt really matter which ones you choose, its all the same, the function is the same regardless of the mitochondria used. With your desired cells and mitochondria visualize Light to generate ATP, Light/ATP carries quantum information. You just entangle the mitochondria and ATP of your desired cells with the cells, mitochondria and ATP of the targets brain. Linking Light to Light. This can be done simply by affirming it while doing the visualization. Within this light you want to infuse quantum data, such as your thoughts and the message you wish to transfer. Affirming that the light youre visualizing within their brain and your desired cells is received and processed by the individuals brain mitochondria, along with the message youre sending. 

As an example, what I do is I engage/tense the cells of the tip of my finger, visualizing the tip of my finger as bright white Light. I visualize the same with the targets brain. Affirm the two lights are quantumly entangled and exchanging information. (I also just quantum entangle them myself since I can feel it and have it down to muscle memoryand the affirmations are subconscious since its knowledge to me that its already occurring)... Once Ive established this light link I keep the visualization and finger tip engagement and speak into/through this light. Knowing its being received and processed, first by the subconscious/collective mitochondrial mind then the conscious mind (actually being perceived as contact and fully processed depending on the Limbic system)

I find this is easier for me when I semi Astral project and use that voice, and just speak to them through the mitochondrial light. Often Ill work with one of my selves who governs shadows and speak from any darkness and shadows that may be around, with many voices. I wont get into that though, thats all a whole other more complex topic. Those who project and are aware of their past selves from other lives quantum entangled with them will know what I speak of.
