TOPIC: HI ALL - IS THERE ANYONE WHO IS CAPABLE OF ENERGETIC-REPROGRAMING ME ? (question about healing, surviving cult & abuse)
was wondering if anyone here has the capabilities of distance-energetic-depatterning/re-programing my mind ? (or healing of some sorts)
sadly i was a victim of 8.5 years of torture including sexual abuse & brainwashings and sinister energy work that was done on me (like a cult )
im looking for ways to find healing & protection, but feel i maxed up my options after endless searchs
i was hoping to find a capable person who may have the ability to help / heal / or even guide to the right directions to promote healing from such horror.

Sorry to hear that you've gone through so much. I don't think anyone here is able to do what you're looking for. Have you looked into finding a psychiatrist? It is so important to work through the trauma with someone that has the training for this kind of mental suffering. As for the physical I've been doing acupuncture and it has helped me a lot more than I expected for my mental and physical health. I imagine it would be great to help you supplement your work with the psychiatrist. I've been thinking of trying some reiki healing sessions lately.
I think energetic healing comes from many angles because everything, in and around us, is spirit. It is all linked. I believe when a soul is ready to let go completely it is possible for very quick healing stories. This life is about having experiences. It is entirely possible that we can get hung up on those amazing healing stories and expect instant results. There used to be an attitude within myself that I wanted to run away from my issues and it made them worse. It is only through acceptance that I've been able to release, grow, and finally heal. None of this is forever. All dark night of the soul experiences will end. In my experience having acceptance and love for ourselves will shorten it.
I've been raised in what I'm pretty sure was a cult and within six years landed in what could have been another one. Not proud of that. I will say that each of those experiences were very difficult and I have a lot of trauma from them. I'm still working through a lot of it. I am grateful to those experiences because they have taught me a lot about myself. And hopefully I will be faster at recognizing the cult mentality and steer away from them. Cutting off contact with them as much as is possible was super important. It is so tempting to want to rekindle contact.
I know it sounds ridiculous but carrying around grounding stones like kambaba jasper, obsidian, tourmaline, etc has helped regulate my mood. It may be worth doing the same. I call it the shotgun approach because most articles I find online recommend carrying one stone per day. That hasn't been as effective for me. I basically just looked up stones or minerals that would be best for addressing whatever the ailment is I wanted some relief from. It doesn't take it away completely in most cases but it does make it more manageable for me. I'm one the fence on whether this is placebo or not. I honestly don't care. Lol

yea ive seen few psychiatrist and took pills for 2.5 years in different doses and different stuff - nothing helped, only side effects that arent good.
ill look into buying stones and carry a few as you said, if it helps that it was worth it.
as for healing it feels like i maxed out the world - for few years i look for help - contacted every direction i could think of for help in my city and the world through the net, but no healing appeared.
my issue is that im still under the 24/7 influences of the hypnotic suggestions, the brainwashing's, the telepathic influences, the commands and the black magic energetic manipulations that where instilled in my mind & body & spirit
to shape and mold my identity to the worse and to send me to do things that bring torture into my life, its a never ending fight.
that's why i look for depatterning methods - to try to start fixing some of the issues so i can find a little peace. (all i found is few methods that take years to show results and they dont work so well anyway)
but yea ,thanks for trying, and i get it, its a long shot looking for help here, but i had to try.
I wish the best. Your situation does sound dire though I'm don't think it is hopeless. Maybe see about doing some reiki. I hear a lot of good stuff about that. I'd like to try it out sometime this year. I'm still experimenting with the acupuncture so once that is done I'll be trying it out.
Make sure you're cleaning the stones every so often or every couple weeks. They do get overloaded with our issues so it's good to reset them.

thank you for the ideas ! i didn't know this about stones! ill also try and check around for real reiki - its a good idea (YouTube reiki clips didn't seem to work on me, tried hundreds of them in hope they help)
I have mixed feelings about reiki over YouTube. I do know things like videos and audio can be charged with energy but something about reiki over video doesn't sit well with me. I imagine an in person experience would be more effective since they are tuning into you directly.
